WE WILL NEVER BRING OUR BUSINESS HERE AGAIN THE CLERK WAS SO RUDE PREJUDICE DISRESPECTFUL . NEVER IN PREVIOUS TiMES THAT WE HAVE COME HERE HAVE WE BEEN TREATED SO DISGUSTING. IT RUINED OUR DAY . TO THE MANGER YOU NEED TO HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES ....

Not actually open 24 hours yet there are employees in there with the door locked every night. I reached out to corporate, and it went no where. Pretty much every location in Santa Fe does this.
Once again, people are in there in the middle of the night, but the doors are locked and they won’t let anybody in. Why bother saying they’re 24 hours ?

I went at 6:05 this morning and door was locked. So I called to see if they were open and the woman informed me they would need AT LEAST a half hour to change the shift before unlocking the door.I’ve had a lot of jobs, but I’ve never seen a shift change take more than five minutes. Sounds like they want to be paid to stand around and talk for an hour because that’s what the three women were doing.

Good service but hate the fact you can't use the restroom when it's a convenience store. For people traveling need to use the restroom.

Posted online as OPEN but it's closed. Burning enough electricity to fool anyone. With resources being so scarce WHY do companies do this and HOW do they afford it ?

5 employees all behind the counter talking about their weekend experiences. Very rude when customers asked a question or for help.Bathrooms out of order, trash receptacles overflowing on the ground, no water or cleaner for car windshields available outside. No coffee and attendant didn’t want to bother to make any. A absolutely terrible place to do business with. Avoid at all costs.

The customer service agent was rude would not give her name several attempts to get her name. She called the manager and refused the customer to talk to the manager. I watched the whole thing. The lady in question saw the lady's granddaughter run from the store the little girl has autism I talked with her. She called the police and asked the officer from one of the Mastariate Court and she kept hanging up. And leaving a business phone off the hook. We checked her card where she redeemed her sodas and then she made the customer pay for it and the customer was told to leave by the customer service agent that management told her to leave management has to be in the store to see exactly what happened. Now I believe that customer is going to talk to your manager district
