They still haven't added my 2nd tank to my account. Call after painstaking call. They all promise it'll get done and it never does. It's always a problem with this company. I have nothing good to say about amerigas.

Don't show up to deliver gas for heat multiple times. Finally running out of gas and they say there is ice or snow. Hasn't snowed in almost 10 days. Roads are completely dry. Ethically a bad company. Won't even return calls.

I ordered gas over a month ago and was told that it would be delivered within a week. That they would be able to waive the $140 gas check because I was already using another company. After a month of no gas I called them back. They were holding my money, but not delivering their product. We went over the entire thing again. They told me the same thing again, and still no delivery. I have called to make several complaints and to try to get my money back. So far no refund no gas they are just holding my money. I would recommend to use any other company, but AmeriGas

Our most recent delivery was prompt & efficient. We have never had any problem with the drivers who courteously bring our propane or service the tank. Past delays & inadequacies seem to have been at the management & scheduling level. It appears that AmeriGas is actively attempting to improve that arm of the organization.

Called to have my residence tank filled. I have three tanks on the property. Two are rented from AmeriGas and one is owned by me. The tank that is owned by me is not filled on a regular basis although we have a "keep full" on all three. This last time the tank owned by me ran out of gas and when I called to have it filled the one in the shop yard was filled. We had to wait several days before the correct one was filled. The problem with this is when I call, my account can't be found and then AmeriGas wants to charge $300.00 for an emergency fill. I hope that this can be corrected and we don't have to go through so many phone calls to make it right.

i had propane delivered on july 21 2023 , only 270 gal. of the 300 gal i ordered were put in tank up to 80%. i have inquired about my refund of $53.01 on 5 different phone calls, i have been given several different excuses like it will take 7 - 10 days to and the last was 2-3 weeks for a refund. it has been over a month and a half and i still have not recieved a refund. i will be filing a complaint with the PRC and the propane licensing bureau since all my inquires on my refund have been ignored.

Just switched from another propane provider whom i had been with for over 27 years. My old provider wanted $3.78 a gallon! Amerigas charged me less than half that price! Excellent service!

Used Amerigas for 5 years while renting. We PREPAID every time for propane but apparently that means nothing to them because they overfilled every time and then we would receive a bill months later with late fees added on. We regularly waited almost a month before they finally showed up to fill the tank and that includes in the winter. I moved September 2022 and called before moving to schedule a disconnect. They said it would be about a week. Come to find out they did not disconnect until January 2023 and then decided to wait until April 2023 to bill me for the disconnect so they could add their late fees on. I hope I have finally closed and dealt with everything so I never have to deal with Amerigas again.

I'm a VICTIM of your fraudulent mailing ad. I did my best to confirm the offer, the conditions and how it worked. I even spoke to a woman who verified the offer & conditions before ordering. Little did I know that was the last conversation and ONLY representative of your company not in the Phillipines I could talk to.Since then, my options are to agree to "corporate scripted responces" from the Phillipines, which Do Not address the discrepancy of the mailed offer VS the 50% LESS offer they now offer. Also, there is No explanation of the increased fees of $50. on the billing either!All in all, your tactics of "closing all recourses for customers" is working. You may not be so protected behind your corporate scripped wall of impunity using call centers in the Philippines.I am doing my best to let everyone know of your deceptive fraudulent practices. Federal consumer practics may apply.By arbitrarily changing the rebate from $100.00 to $50.00 and your wall of no reproach, you will have permanently lost trust & customers.Amerigas is CORPORATE GREED at its worst. May your children disown you.

You delivered propane gas that we didn’t request. Somehow you set us up for automatic deliveries which we never would request because we are on a strict budget.
