I am thinking about switching from T-Mobile I visited this location this afternoon about 2:40. The proper response when grandma walks into the store and you are busy is “we will be with you shortly maam
I came in, no good morning. Didn’t hear a word. Now this is a tiny space. So that’s just rude. I sat down shortly after I got up and while I’m walking to the door I still don’t hear a word.

Got a Razr from you guys yesterday all was fine but a day later I keep getting my calls dropped! Anyway I can just take this back without paying a restocking fee if I can go tomorrow? Only had it a day or 2 and keeps dropping calls.. would perhaps want a iPhone plus maybe a regular iPhone..

Have had nothing but issues since we got the service through them if I would of known I would of stayed with my other service drove an hour to the store to get service the messed up on the number that was supposed to be transferred over and now they can’t fix it had to drive back another hour and there saying they can’t help RIDICULOUS also another line that we switched over is receiving calls but texts are going to the old phone that has no service!

I felt comfortable with the knowledge that was being given to me and the staff did their best to offer me the best solutions to my issues. My issues were resolved. The process I was trying to get through was complicated but they kept at it until all my problems had been solved.

Went in to get a new phone and add a new family member to my service. They totally lied to me about the plan and cost and I didn’t know this until I received my first bill from AT&T with a bunch of charges they lied about. There were things they told me I would not be charged for and I was charged for. Buyer beware. I am going to complain to AT&T corporate that this AT&T vendor of theirs is dishonest.
