I went another bank and I spent over an hour being helped to reset my password but had no luck. I was on my way home and stopped by pike street WaFd just to see if they could maybe help and I didn’t spend more than 20 minutes there; they helped me so quickly and knew exactly what they were doing. “The branch on Paseo de Peralta is great; friendly and helpful. They know my name, and have fixed any issues I’ve ever had quickly. The branch on St. Michael’s is usually gut wrenching. Once I went the drive through 5 minutes before they closed. I sat in my car waiting for help, they were watching me and then they closed. This is just one example, I have a handful of bad experiences at this branch. Best case scenario there is complete mediocrity. Go to Paseo if you need customer service.”
