“I’m only giving a 5-star review because there’s no option for a 6-star review. Clemente was extremely helpful with an amazing e-bike rental for me and my 2 1/2-year-old-son. We called him in advance to tell him our needs, and he rigged up a bike in the perfect size and with a great toddler seat on the back. All the gear was brand new or like new. The price was surprisingly low compared to rental prices I saw online at other local shops. He gave some great suggestions for a fun tour of the city and set us up with a bike route map of the city. His tips and map made me much more comfortable biking around a city I don’t know. If I was a local, this would be my local bike shop of choice. Thank you so much, Clemente!”
