“Brought some new to us (but used) bikes to Bailey that needed some overall tune up work & to make sure they were safe for the kids to ride. Turn around time was super fast and he didn’t charge much. I would have paid whatever not knowing much about bikes (& repair prices) but he’s so trustworthy and kind. I wouldn’t take our bikes anywhere else.”

“I’m only giving a 5-star review because there’s no option for a 6-star review. Clemente was extremely helpful with an amazing e-bike rental for me and my 2 1/2-year-old-son. We called him in advance to tell him our needs, and he rigged up a bike in the perfect size and with a great toddler seat on the back. All the gear was brand new or like new. The price was surprisingly low compared to rental prices I saw online at other local shops. He gave some great suggestions for a fun tour of the city and set us up with a bike route map of the city. His tips and map made me much more comfortable biking around a city I don’t know. If I was a local, this would be my local bike shop of choice. Thank you so much, Clemente!”

Christian with bike n sport called me after this review was placed. He gave me an extremely sincere apology. He did everything he could to make it right. We just got our bikes back after taking them back in, and they are pristine. Derailers working, dropper posts with no sticking, chains cleaned and lubed, brakes nicecand tight, everything we were expecting. Thank you Bike-n-Sport for stepping up to the plate and listening. It takes a business with integrity and appreciation for their customers to admit when they were wrong and then make it right. I'll buy another bike from Christian for sure :)”
