“Sincere Cycles is the best shop in town, and the best shop I've attended since I started mountain biking. Bailey offers the kind of service and retail that bikers dream about. He is knowledgeable, honest, and friendly, and his is the only shop where I don't feel treated like a walking wallet. When I call with questions he always goes out of his way to give me forthright suggestions and information, and when I take my bike in to get serviced he gets me back out on the trails well before any of the other shops would have even started work on the bike. He features a large selection of locally made components and accessories, and he doesn't carry anything he can't honestly recommend. He's known far and wide as a badass cyclist and an all around fantastic member of the community. The shop is also in a pretty cool old building, which is a plus. Go check this place out and I promise you'll be glad you did!”

“Coming from NC, I expected this shop to be good, but maybe not excellent. I was so very wrong. They tuned my bike and serviced the fork perfectly (in a matter of days) and refined my suspension by feel, and I'm riding more confident than ever.If you're curious if they can get you and your bike right, it's an obvious yes. I don't like to give too much praise because everyone will start bringing their bikes and it'll be a longer wait for me... But they deserve it.”
