“Clemente saved my wife and I who got stranded with a flat tire on one of our bikes. We were on our honeymoon and were 10-15 miles from where we started. He acted as a Good Samaritan and found someone that could come and pick us up and then fixed our blown out tire quickly. He then pointed us in the right direction. Truly saved the day for us. Not only a great person, but was extremely quick on fixing a tire on a new e-bike that just came out.”

“Brought some new to us (but used) bikes to Bailey that needed some overall tune up work & to make sure they were safe for the kids to ride. Turn around time was super fast and he didn’t charge much. I would have paid whatever not knowing much about bikes (& repair prices) but he’s so trustworthy and kind. I wouldn’t take our bikes anywhere else.”

“Such a great shop for Santa Fe in a cycling-friendly location. Talented mechanics. Rentals (MTB, Gravel) and local trail intel on their website. The new location is bright and colorful. Excited for the team and our town.”

“I bought 2 brand new full suspension bikes last year and was happy with the sale and associate Christian. We had some issues at the 1 year tune up with a person named Trent.... Christian with bike n sport called me after this review was placed. He gave me an extremely sincere apology. He did everything he could to make it right. We just got our bikes back after taking them back in, and they are pristine. Derailers working, dropper posts with no sticking, chains cleaned and lubed, brakes nicecand tight, everything we were expecting. Thank you Bike-n-Sport for stepping up to the plate and listening. It takes a business with integrity and appreciation for their customers to admit when they were wrong and then make it right. I'll buy another bike from Christian for sure :)”

“I simply went here for a bike fit by Giancarlo. It's an hour drive for me and was very worthwhile. Giancarlo is a very experienced cyclist and racer; he adjusted my bike based on very close attention to detail, and offered any follow-up advice. I recommend the bike fit service here.”
