Every other shop in the area wanted me to wait up to three weeks, but these guys ordered the part, called me when it came in, and installed it within 15 minutes of my arrival. $200 below dealer quote. “I am very pleased with my recent experience with Villa‘s Autoworks. For context, I have an older BMW and was trying to work with other body shops in Santa Fe for the past several months to get an appointment. I had multiple places ignore my calls or not respond when I reached out, but this was not the case for Villa‘s. They replied promptly and were able to get me in within a week of me reaching out. When I went to pick up my car (earlier than I had expected to) it was cleaned and the work looked stunning. I was charged a very reasonable price (I had received higher estimates from two other body shops) and left more than satisfied. Thank you!”
“Frederick and everyone at the shop saved me today. A paint can fell off a truck I was driving behind and I had paint all over my car. I called Pro Body Shop and the sweetest woman said come on down so we can look at it. They all jumped in and removed the paint and gave my car a beautiful wax job. It was only as I was paying I learned they don’t really do this type of service, more collision work but when he saw my situation he knew if they didn’t get it off right away, it would never come off. WOW! Talk about going above and beyond for a stranger. He got all hands on deck and worked past 6 pm to do a service they don’t even do. Thank you Pro Body Shop!! I will never go anywhere else!”

“My 2 month old 2025 VW Tiguan got dented in a parking lot, my husband took my car to a couple of different PDR's and by accident we found PDR express. Leo was very professional and honest. He said he could pull the dent out but couldn't guarantee it would be out 100%. He was able to get us in the very next day due to a cancelation. When we picked it up we were extremely satisfied with the job done.
It was even more satisfying that he charged us an honest price. Other PDR's wanted to charge us over $1,000.00.”

Another appt was scheduled immediately windshield was replaced promptly and the technician Duane was awesome very informative, prompt and courteous.
