I’ve never been to a store with less helpful staff. They wouldn’t leave from behind the counter to help us find boots, with sizing etc even after coming over to the counter 3 times to ask for help. Maybe they should worry less about guarding the door from homeless people and more about helping paying customers.

Better don't waste your time and money. The girls (basically school kids) scam by charging more than tag price. We found it later at home when looked at the bill and tag. Its petty scam store filled with made in China crap.

At first glance you see a place with a great selection of cowboy boots. The staff are great too and then you scratch below the surface, or read the tags. There's a lot of so called "American" clothing made in China! And they say that they "Honor American heritage." Only if lies and deceit have taken root of our heritage. Hypocrisy at it's highest. It makes one wonder if Boot Barn pays their staff Chinese wages too. Cowboy clothing with American flags made with synthetic fabric and not even real denim?? Western clothing should either be made in the USA or in Mexico where they know how to make good quality western clothing with real materials. If a product has an American flag on it and claims to represent "American heritage" then they should sell products made in America one would think.
