I've had my storage unit for over 3 years. Reasonable price. It's outside so dust gets under doors during winds but I sweep it out regularly. The people are vigilant, do walk thrus often & there are working dogs - one as cars go thru the gate & one that does walks thrus on his own. It seems very secure.
