“I got some insane wagyu from this place. The service was great. The beef was incredible. The prices were great too. This is a specialty butcher, so don't expect "carne asada managers specials". Come here when you want the good stuff. We're from LA, wish we could pay these prices for this kind of quality there..”

“Mike and Sam were so hospitable! I ordered the 100% Wagyu from Japan. The only thing I can say is that the grind on the burger is thicker than I would like but since its imported, it probably comes this way. The cuts are beautiful and have been held at proper temperatures. I am so happy this is something I can get locally.”
