“I took our Dodge Ram in to get an estimate on replacing and 'recalibrating' our windshield. My initial contact was with Willie who gathered all the necessary information on our vehicle and promptly called to let me know costs and timing. I brought the truck in shortly thereafter and the work was completed without a hitch. When it came time to pay, Gilbert (owner) told me as it turned out, no recalibration was necessary and therefore the $350 cost associated with it would not be charged. Gilbert easily could have charged me for that cost as I would have had no idea he wasn't able to recalibrate. Discount Auto is to be commended for being very fair while doing excellent and timely work. If I ever need another windshield replaced (or any other work that Discount Auto does), I will definitely be going to Discount Auto Glass & Glazing. Thank you Willie & Gilbert!”
