Not recommend CenturyLink they are to have the worst customer service takes hours to get through to a life person. It’s hard to cancel service with them very difficult company. Very incompetent. Find another company to do your service with.

My modem went out last night chatted with an agent on my CenturyLink account said he was going to order me a modem and I haven't received any tracking try to get some tracking information from them today can't get a person to answer me or a computer to answer me is it so frustrating!!! What happened to all the human beings!!

Most terrible customer service I have ever experienced, it is like they don't even exist.
I do not recommend this company, save your frustration for another day.
Trying to get hold of someone to assist me, but zero results.
Please go with another vendor
