The manager here just yelled at my wife for letting our dog pee on their "landscaping". To us it looked like a curb with some rocks and weeds on it. We had been driving for about 4 hours and the dog needed to pee. That was out of line.

Should have posted this before, we have had a storage unit here for over a year. Our unit is large, climate controlled, and facility is clean, modern, and secure. I remember when this was Honda dealer long ago. That said, as for Chris, we both adore him, what a great manager, always personable, accommodating, and helpful. You have a great asset in him aside of your wonderful facility.

I unfortunately did not choose this storage space due to a certain need that they weren’t able to accommodate, HOWEVER. The customer service was incredible, the representative was honest, transparent, and empathetic. If this place suits your needs definitely book with them! I know if my needs ever change in the future I’ll be booking with them for sure!

I love this place! I wanted to store my stuff with a local company and this is the one to pick. The staff are so kind and helpful and accessing the unit space was easy and secure. I had my stuff stored for about a year and had a great experience the whole time. Highly recommend.

Wonderful facility, wonderful service. I've had to deal with other big guys that would have shoddy fences with a keypad that wouldn't work, or some hotheaded employee that couldn't care less. Not true with this place. Chris and his team were amazing and the building was so CLEAN. Best place in Santa Fe for you.

Great storage facility. Super spacious lot. Easy in and out even for the largest of RV's. Very clean and fantastic customer service. It is indeed the best storage facility I have ever been to. Prices? Also incredibly competitive. I received 50% off my first 3 months. Thank you Cerrillos Storage!

This is the best place for climate-controlled storage. We stored lots of important artwork there, and there were never any issues. And Chris, the manager, is super nice. Always accessible, and always happy to help when we needed something.
