Took my 2019 Colorado ZR2 diesel in for a turbo problem. Vic was helpful with getting the extended warranty coverage for the work the turbo needed. In addition to the turbo, one of the rear shocks was leaking oil and needed replacement. Per a phone conversation, I was told the shock should be replaced in pairs and were $650 each. After 13 days of the truck sitting at the dealership it was finally done. The bill had the shocks costing $1295 EACH and I was sure is was an error. Nope not an error. These shocks are $550 to $650 all day long on the internet. I would have never approved of this given the disparity in the price. Talked to Vic, talked to his manager at length and the bottom line was you were told over the phone and that's the MRSP of the part. There's MRSP on vehicles and nobody pays that price, and the service manager said he was the last word in the discussion. When I asked the service manager why I wasn't sent an email with the work request and breakdown of the parts and labor with costs his reply was ,"nobody does that", and I explained it would have prevented this misunderstanding in the first place. My old shocks were gone. What a shame. Demand work orders and emails and agree to nothing less. CCoSF needs to step up they're game.

Recently purchased a second vehicle from Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe. I was treated professionally by sales man Michael M. and finance personnel Ricardo. Excellent service from both. They both went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. 5 star experience .

We just purchased a new suburban with Francisco and it was by far the best experience we have had when purchasing a vehicle. We never felt pressured and he was there to answer our questions. He took his time to show us all the bells and whistles of the suburban and make sure we understood them before we drove off. Thank you, Francisco, Dan, and Ricardo for your help, we love our new ride!

My husband and I recently purchased a truck from here and our experience was phenomenal. Everyone we encountered was great to us. We worked with Edgar Mendoza and Mike Martinez and they were outstanding. Not once did we feel pressure into purchasing the vehicle. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time. The process was quick. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

Do not purchase vehicles from this dealership at all. I canceled my gap through the main company due to the fact that the dealership would not help me and told me I had to go through the main company. The dealership has have my money for over a month and a half and are refusing to get it back to me. In my opinion, this dealership {Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa Fe New Mexico} is a thief they are stealing customers money. The finance person that I did talk to when I called stated that the company that supplies the gap send them a bulk check with peoples names who needs to get there money back, but do you think that the company ever looked into finding the names and contact information to send out the money. No they did not... This is what makes them a see that they are thieves. They were trying to steal the money and keep it for themselves, in my opinion . I cannot believe that companies like this still exist in today’s world. Please if you have any good sense about you, do not purchase from this company. If I could’ve given zero stars, if I could have.

Rydell Mahkee was knowledgable, helpful, and friendly in assisting me with my vehicle purchase, explaining everything clearly without any pressure. I was able to get a deal within my budget and would recommend Rydell to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Purchased new 2022 Chevrolet Trax. Car had been damaged in transport, there service department proceeded to lose some of the parts and the back luggage cover. I was promised they would order replacement parts. That never happened. I'm stuck with this car, which was never fixed. It's been almost a year. Stay away from this dealership, their promises mean nothing to them. Very disappointed.

These guys are the best. If you want great service, people who understand and want to work with you, this is where you need to be. I purchased a beautiful 2023 Chevy Malibu for my daughter who recently received her Associates degree. Not only did Francisco take great care of me but he understood my situation and did EVERYTHING he could to help us and my daughter drive out of there in a brand new car. Ricardo explained everything I needed to know regarding the warranty and the financing. Here’s where it gets better! My daughter hit a curb 5 days later that dented the rim a little and damaged the tire. To say the least, we were both a little distraught. I went back to Santa Fe Chevy and spoke with Dan as Francisco was busy with a client so I spoke with Dan (who’s turned out to be the owner) who took very good care of us. Francisco heard I was there and even gave me a ride to my other vehicle as the tire would not be ready until the next day. That is true service!!! I can’t thank you enough Francisco, Ricardo and Dan! People like you in this world make a difference! You have a loyal customer for life!!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Since they removed my review, I'll post it again with the hopes that it will save someone from having a similar experience. My original review: DO NOT BEING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. This is the most crooked shop I have ever been to. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, they charged me $1400 and sent me on my way, but they fixed nothing. When I brought the car back the second time, Victor in service tried telling me there was a “miscommunication” and that he informed me nothing has been fixed the first time. Why would I have paid all that money for nothing?? There was no miscommunication because none of that information was communicated to me. So now I’m left hundreds of dollars out of pocket for an issue that was not resolved. Unbelievable. Go anywhere else but Chevy of Santa Fe.Their ridiculous response: "Amber Byers, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I have reviewed your service ticket and cannot find any irregularities. You were charged for a new battery, an antenna, and some wire repairs caused by rodent damage. We also installed a windshield at no charge to you for a water-leaking problem. I understand that your vehicle was broken into at your house or elsewhere when you had possession of it, and we are sorry for you that this happened, but taking your frustration out this way is probably not the right way to handle it. I understand your vehicle is 7-years old and has 126,000 miles. You will need to spend some money on upkeep and maintenance. We hope your new service shop will help you out and treat you as well as we have."And my response to their response: 1) There wouldn't be any irregularities with my service ticket because it doesn't acknowledge that your shop failed to properly inform me that the issues I was complaining about were never fixed. 2) I did not ask you all to fix the battery, antenna, and wire repairs, I ASKED YOU TO FIX THE DOORS THAT WERE LOCKING AND UNLOCKING BY THEMSELVES, AND THE LEAK IN MY ROOF. You didn't fix either issue so I had to come back a second time, which was when your shop realized it was NOT the antenna that I was initially charged for, it was actually the windshield. Do not act like you did me some big favor by giving me a windshield at "no charge" - you owed me that service because you got it wrong the first time. I love how your response fails to take any accountability for this whatsoever. 3) I wasn't going to mention the robbery but thanks for bringing it up, let's talk about that. Yes, my vehicle was conveniently burglarized after your shop knew my doors were not locking properly, knew all my personal information, and had discovered my lock box which your techs left out in the open after my windshield was replaced. What a crazy coincidence, dont you think? 4) I agree that this is not the best way to handle this, but you have left me no choice as you will not refund any of the money I wasted at your dealership. The proper way to have handled this was for your guys to have said to me: "We weren't able to fix the issues, but we did find these other things that need to be fixed. Can we fix them for you or would you prefer to to wait until you can find someone who can fix the main issue?" You dont just fix random things without letting the customer know that it wont resolve the initial problem. Why is that so difficult of you all to understand? 5) The reason why I have not had to deal with your crooked shop more over the last 7 years/126,000 miles is because I have taken such good care of my vehicle. Lastly, spelling my name incorrectly only speaks to your incompetence. On all fronts, DO BETTER.Go ahead and keep deleting, because I'll keep reposting! :)

I feel a bit conflicted in writing this review. On the one hand, I think I can understand some of the other reviews that may be seen as negative or derogatory. On the other hand, all of my experiences and interactions have been fantastically positive. I have purchased more than one vehicle from them and found the experience to be open, transparent and honest, with reasonably priced vehicles. My only complaint is the cost of their"paperwork fees". I know how much this paperwork actually costs and in my dealings, I have been able to have them reduce that fee to much more reasonable amount. I have also had my car in their body shop on a couple of occasions. I found those interactions to be positive as well. In both cases, the staff there were professional, competent, and through. The workmanship was better than expected and I found them to on top of what had to happen. I'm sorry to see a couple of negative reviews, and can certainly understand the frustration those reviews expressed. However, in my cases, that was not my experience. I have a very good opinion about their ability to provide vehicles at a reasonable price, and the body shop is top notch.

Part 2 of shoddy body work....Monday, 7.31.23 - Can anyone share who Chad, the Body Shop manager reports to?? Wife took car in a 2nd time to get body work done a car. The first thing he asked her,"What wrong with car?" Really, a trained professional asking a lay person "WHat's wrong with car?" He can't even look at it and tell. Something quite wrong. Chad went on to say, "Well, in these older cars (2013) you can't get them quite right.. And we might even bang it up some more if we have to do too much alignment." Is chad absolutely nuts? Other disrespectful things said. Unfortunately, Chad fit the stereotype of a BS Mgr. Can someone contact me? I'd like to come in and talk with Chad and GM or owner. Very, very unprofessional interaction Mr. Chad....The car should have never left your shop with unaligned panels and over spray paint on another panel with no clear coat. Shoddy work and now shoddy interaction... Cadillac Dealership - more like a buy here / pay here from our experience.
