We are here on a ski vacation from Houston Texas. This is the most horrible location that we have ever visited for these reasons: 1) they only had beef available, 2) they did not have bowls - 3 of 7 of us wanted bowls and chicken, 3) after a long day of skiing we just wanted water but supposedly, they did not have small cups so we had to purchase a medium cup just to get water, 4) the only sauce they had available was the very spicy salsa which none of us could handle. Sorry to say that we will never ever come back to this location should we return for another ski vacation. I guess the locals are ok with this type of customer service - no selections or out of supplies. One last thing, they charged us an extra beef burrito. SMH.

We walked in and the familiar aroma of Chipotle heightened our appetites. But we were disappointed to find they didn’t have cilantro or chops. Had to settle for overcooked white rice. Food had very low salt. Everything had too much cumin. Veggies were under-sautéed, dry and had a lot of cumin. Fire roasted salsa tasted like cumin. Nothing tasted like the amazing chipotle we were used to. Disappointing.

Due to food allergies, chipotle is one of the only chain restaurants I can eat. As sad as this is, that means I’m a connoisseur of chipotles. When it’s good, it’s great. I’d stack up a well run Chipotle against any expensive restaurant around.Unfortunately, this was not good. The guac was old and brown, and not even just a little brown on the surface, but brown throughout, like the guac was so old that they had just been mixing up the brown crust on the surface over and over until it was mixed throughout. The brown rice had been sitting out so long it was barely edible- got stuck in the teeth and sometimes crunched. The lettuce was wilted, darkish. The whole meal just tasted kind of… off.I should have just said, no thanks, and made some food for lunch, or asked them to make some fresh stuff, but I thought it’ll be fine.It wasn’t fine. It tasted pretty bad.My son and I both felt ill the next day, and maybe that was this meal, or maybe it was something else. It’s hard when the franchise gives the franchisee every advantage to make great food, and this is what happens.Dietary restrictions: Good place for dietary restrictions.

This food is over priced, and it's not even warm 42 dollars for 2 burrito bowls and 2 drinks that's crazy. And the portion was small. Disappointed ?

Taking away 2 stars due to keypad lock in the toilet.. worst part, the door doesn’t lock from the inside so others can punch in the code while you are taking care of your business..otherwise its a standard chipotle..

Dirty. Always out of something. Rude staff. Gives you less meat than what you pay for. Probably the worst chipotle out of all of them.

How does a fast food joint get anything above a one star rating? Employees and relarives doing the ratings? People who have never tasted homemade food? Nothing but comino. Yuck!
