Outstanding breakfast. Had the best pancakes I've had in NM, the bacon was perfect and the orange juice was fresh squeezed. Had a blast watching the bakery operation while seated at our table.

Ordered a last minute gluten free cake for a coworker’s last day. It was great-many didn’t realize it was gluten free! The workers were very helpful letting me know if it could be made in time.
The Chocolate Maven is owned by husband and wife team, executive chefs Dharm Andrew Segal and Cassie Ramos who began baking in their home garage, and have developed the establishment, services and menu for the past 27 years.
We believe that the mood and positive vibe of an establishment makes its food taste better. We celebrate natural ingredients and old fashioned artisan baking in an atmosphere of charm, delight and integrity.
Many of our bakers have been with us for over 20 years, and they are the best at what they do.
