Great service, very customer oriented and friendly. Manny took the time to explain the step by step process of delivery and even got me delivered the very next day! Who does that? I will definitely be coming back to shop with them!:)

I don’t recommend Conn’s at all my family and I purchased a sofa set from them and with in 3 months all of the furniture started peeling I thought no problem I bought the extra warranty for over $500 which I was told would cover anything no matter what problems came up. We’ll when I reached out to them they said they would not cover it because I waited to long to report it. I haven’t had the furniture for over 5 months and it looks like it is over 10 yrs old . I spoke with customer service and they said they would not do anything to help me out. I will let everyone I know how not to buy from Conn’s and how they treated me and more importantly how they don’t stand by their products . I will also be sharing on my story on social media .

The manager at Conns Home Plus in colonial height lacks customer service and basic services skills. Mike Ashworth need to be taught how to deal with customers. I bought a refrigerator from the store and had a small freezer as a gift. The small freezer and refrigerator were delivered at my residence but the small freezer was not working when it was delivered. I told the delivery team and was told to contact the store manager which I did. I was assured that the freezer will be replaced . After a few months of calling and contacting the manager with no response. I decided to visit the store to find out why they were not responding to my calls.
I realized that the previous manager has left and now I was told the freezer will not be replaced but will be repaired despite the fact it was delivered to me in an unserviceable condition. I decided to deliver the non working freezer at the colonial height store. I informed Mike about it and left with the intention of coming back later to find out about the freezer.
I returned a few days later and to my utmost surprise Mike went off on me in the presence of customers and he told me to leave the store or he will call the police on me. I tried to get with him and he still continued his uncouth behavior in the presence of customers.
I left the store and up to the time of writing this review Conns has never replaced my freezer. I still owe payment for a refrigerator and never had the freezer.
Last week I went to the Conns store to purchase a freezer. I was at the point of finalizing the purchase when Mike recognized me and told me to leave the store in the presence of my wife and other customers. This time he was yelling and using derogatory words on me . Conns has not only lost a customer but they have refused to give me the freezer that they owe me. Mike is not customer oriented manager . He is saucy and need to be taught basic customer service and care.
I am still looking forward to my freezer which Mike has shipped back to the office as he claims.

We just bought a microwave from Conn’s and had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Their employees are totally unhelpful and could not care less about customers! Only positive was the installer who was fantastic. This was the first and LAST time Conn’s (appropriate name) will ever get our business! ?????

Worst Service, Literally I walked into the store with a few friends and decided to try out their massage chairs they have on display, I was on it for about 30-40 minutes, after which I went over to their electronics area to look at more of their stuff, however it was short lived. We were immediately yelled at by the employees to leave the store due to a policy that wasn’t shown anywhere in the store, that being we needed an adult (Despite most of us being adults with the exception of my brother), I told them that we were adults and the employee that was yelling at us proceed to ask us if we had a “credit score that we could spend”, immediately after she stopped talking to us and ran back to their service counter, me and my friends were shocked by this and had no idea of this policy, I’ve been here many times and never have I been told of an “Idle Policy”. Wouldn’t that be something you’d put at the entrance of the story for everyone to know? I am honestly surprised and disappointed by there no explanation for their sudden “Policy Enforcement”.

Fantastic customer service! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted by Julie. She took her time explaining the models of washer and dryers for us and gave us the details. We then decided we would like living room furniture, she helped us tackle that as well. Julie is great at what she does! She was patient, funny, and an expertise at every step of our visit! Definitely coming back to her for our future needs! Thank you again Julie!!!

Just had a great experience at Conn's purchasing our first ever new mattress. Sierra and Fransisco helped us out and were both super friendly and informative, and made us feel like we were being HONESTLY taken care of and not just trying to scam us into spending more money. Something like a new mattress is a big purchase/commitment, so we just really appreciate how comfortable they made us feel! 10/10 would recommend. Can't wait to sleep on our new bed!!!!

Sierra at Conns took great care of us on our journey for a new mattress! No pushy or aggressive sales tactics! They really took their time and worked with us to find something that was perfect for us! We're so happy with our purchase and truly feel taken care of at Conns!
