They booked a pedicure for me. I walked 18 minutes from a hotel downtown and they told me they didn’t have time and closed before I got there. Most unprofessional ever! I wish I could give zero stars.

I started coming here a few months ago. This town is definitely lacking in good nail salons. My nails were in pretty bad shape because of it. Gerri took such good care of my nails and now my own nails are so long and polish stays on for 2 weeks without chipping!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before going. It was the week before my wedding. I'm new in town, and this was the only place with availability. From the start, the poor quality of the products was evident, especially the nail glue. They applied it, waited 10 to 15 minutes, and the glue still didn't dry. Nails fell off, and they tried to reattach them with more liquid. I thought they had fixed it. I ordered ombre nails and got a French manicure with light colors. The cost was ridiculously high, over $160 for a mani/pedi. I paid because it was just days before my wedding. The next day, nails started falling off one by one, breaking in half without any effort. I called, and they said they could schedule an appointment. My wedding was on Monday, and they promised to see me Monday morning. Come Monday, they never responded. I had to go to an emergency spa since they never answered. Two days later, they offered a free MANICURE AND PEDICURE as compensation. I agreed, went to the appointment, and they charged $65 for the pedicure when they promised it would be free due to the inconveniences. Guess whose natural nail broke again when I got home? Indeed, I decided to remove the acrylics and go natural because I knew their glues were of low quality. I arrived home, and one of my natural nails was already broken. Honestly, I don't even want them fixed. I just hope no one else visits this place. Also, the person who attended me emitted an unpleasant odor.

Geri (Jerryi) gave me THE best pedicure I have ever had. I'm 83 with all the old person nail problems. No problem for her! I'll be back!

I get my shellac nails done with Corrine and she's the best. Normally my nails get rather destroyed when I do this at other salons but not here. The quality products and knowledge here is what I believe takes good care of my nails so now I've returned to being a regular with shellac nails!! Thank you Corrine.

Not even a 2 minute walk from my hotel was worth going here. I called to attempt to get a dip manicure and pedicure, which, apparently took too much time for them to accommodate. This is not why I'm rating them so low. I am because the person I spoke to said, "maybe you could try one of those Asian places where they'll scrape all of your dip (powder) off..." First, I've never experienced anyone scraping all my dip off. Literally everyone has the same process, place hands in heated acetone while it melts off. Anyhoo, I was not interested in giving money to a business that would speak disparagingly about Asians or their establishments. So I ended the call. Btw, I went to one of "those Asian places" and had an amazing experience with a lovely man who did my nails beautifully.

[I got my nails done 9/11/21 im writing this review 9/13/21] If you are looking for a new nail place.... This is not it. I'm new in the location. Already broke a nail, I felt slightly rushed and she didn't grind my natural nail down. She said I had tips I do not, I have forms and it's my natural nail underneath. Limited selection for gel and asked for coffin shape which seemed OK in the store once I got home it looked like basic nail shape. Less than 2 weeks I broke 2 more. My last set of nails lasted 2 months. Spoke to the lady who did my nails and she would only fix my nail on one specific day that I had to work so unfortunately I couldn't make it. Also was told I abuse my nails, I've had acrylics for over a year I know how to use my hands and not damage my nails. Don't take new clients if you don't care. I'm so disappointed that I paid $56 for this.

This was absolutely the worst and most expensive nail salon! First, I had a confirmed appt at 1 pm and when I got there she told me that she didn't have it in her book. I showed her my confirmed text but said she could not honor the time. She did say I could come back at 4 pm which I did because I needed my nails done before heading out of town. The dip is already cracking and peeling less than 24 later. My nails are uneven, jagged edges and there are bumps on top of them. As for the pedicure, there was no exfoliation and no cream or foot massage. When I asked why, she said she was trying to get me out of there. All of this and it cost $125 without a tip. I now need to spend another $50 today to get them done all over again. Do not go to this place! Disgrace.

The professionals at creative nails are some of the best I've had the pleasure of working with. The reviews from 1 to 4 years ago seen the vindictive and not recognizable from my standpoint. Corinne and her three excellent nail technicians are a community gift.

Called in the morning and was given my choice of appointment time in the afternoon. Complicated manicure done well. Nail techs work as a team. Well-behaved dog was present with a client. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. Would come here regularly if I resided in Santa Fe.
