There pharmacy can use a overhaul

Pharmacy closed all day on Dec 26 with front staff saying “call your MD to get another prescription elsewhere”. When finally got prescription on the 27th staff rude, long line and store dirty. They did not honor a good Rx price. Stay away, especially if you are sick and need meds fairly quickly. I understand they may be understaffed, but no excuse.

Do not use the pharmacy at this CVS. They treat customers like cattle… pay for your prescriptions and GET OUT! wow.

Pharmacy cashier and technician are extremely rude with very poor customer service skills. According to cashier, the reason they are going out of business is due to the customers. They don’t want to check you out with your shopping items even if you have a prescription and I patiently waited for my prescription. Front manager (Ally) was amazing, kind and very professional and I patiently waited for her as well but at least she was busy unlike the pharmacy cashier. I do not recommend this CVS for prescriptions and wish I had seen this google rating prior to using them.

Don't bother trying to get a vax shot here. I made an appointment for a vaccine and waited for 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I talked to a couple other people who had already been waiting for 45 minutes and still hadn't been seen, who said the same thing happened the last time they came.

CVS Cordova Rd, Santa Fe, NM solved all my varied needs while traveling. Parking was easy, cashier helpful, pharmacy made appointment for my vaccines at a time convenient to me However the management needs to rethink giving 'appointments if they do not happen on time...or offer a better salary to attract another worker behind Pharmacy counter to handle vaccinations. One person is not enough.

While this location has struggling with staffing and organization in the past, on my most recent trip there things seemed much improved. The cashier, who looked kind of punk, was the warmest and one of the most generally "on top of things" we ever experienced. She was attentive, efficient, social, energetic, and warm. The difference was almost jarring—in a good way— during checkout. Kudos!

Avoid this place if possible. There is always a long wait, and now, no option to speak to anyone over the phone. After you sit through their answering service for 5 minutes, all it will do is let you leave a voicemail.

9:00 am not open, waiting for manager to arrive who lives 1 1/2 hr away! 🙄 Yesterday 15 people in line to p/u prescriptions.
Place is constantly filthy, understaffed and way overpriced!

Place is increasingly dirty, unfriendly, understocked and understaffed. Front doors have not been fixed since store was broken into weeks ago, and now there appears to be a bullet hole in one of them. Scrips are more expensive than other drugstores.

Cool store. Close to South Capital Rail Runner. Met and interviewed with new Store Manager, Matthew. Extremely nice guy and friendly staff.
Got a job offer after looking for a long time. Sadly, I had to decline due to a new medical emergency that occurred.
Check it out. It's one of the highest volume CVS stores in New Mexico and in a convenient location.

This place is filthy. Just plain nasty. On top of being pathetically stocked it only has like 3 employees so if you need anything GOOD LUCK. I’m glad I will probably never have a reason to return.
