2 hours outside of Santa Fe. I realized that I did not travel with my son's inhaler. Called the doctor and got the script to be sent to my local pharmacy and then called and requested for cvs on cerrillos to get the prescription to their store. It was complicated to say the least and there were a lot of moving parts that had to work because we were closed to the end of the day.
Rick and Tenzin did all the work perfectly! By the time I got to the store, about 30 minutes before they closed, everything was ready to go for me. They even made a recommendation that we appreciated and followed and it saved us $35 out of pocket.
I don't know if this will find its way back to them, but my entire family appreciates everything you guys did for us!

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Perhaps if you died on their premises they would help you. Otherwise find a better location to fill your prescriptions.

Although most CVS pharmacies seem understaffed these days and staff could be worn out, the CVS Pharmacist who was administering the 2nd of the 2 part Shinglex vaccination was friendly in acknowledging me when I stepped up to that counter at the time of my on-line scheduled appointment, he was efficient in handling the customer who was there ahead of me, and pleasantly efficient with me when it was my turn.

Received call backs for both requests. Employees very kind, courteous, and helpful. The customer service I have received so far softens the blow of having to drive an hour to get there.

What happened to customer service. I had a shot at one and a prescription script over electronically. I let them know I was waiting and the workers had no line and closed there doors for lunch. Usually when you wait they take care of you within 20 minutes. The saw ne waiting only person there and still closed the door . Better customer service needs to be instructed here.

I really like this pharmacy, at first it gave me the creeps because of the area. I noticed that this CVS will not tolerate unwelcomed people who ask for money or hang out. I really appreciate all the employees that work the store, they are helpful, and acknowledge your presence. I come here mostly for my medicine and especially like how professional all the pharmacy workers are, especially Rick the pharmacist, he is very knowledgeable, and professional, and patient. Thanks CVS on Cerrilos.
