Fun and varied low impact workouts. It's resistance band training with pilates like principles and movements... but with more cardio. Definitely recommend for all levels of fitness!

Very intuitive movements.Very much enjoying this experience.Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get in shape in an authentic way. The more correctly the movements are performed the more results can be attained.Feeling great and looking forward to enjoying the benefits of this workout program.Kind teachers.Very inviting space.Effective aerobic and anaerobic fitness training.Definitely give it a try!

Great workout, really gets the whole body going in a supportive way (as in, not bad on the joints but still very rigorous). I was recovering from an injury and it was the perfect way to have a really intense workout but not harm my knee which was healing. I attended when I was visiting from out of town and wish there were more around the country, I'd love to have a studio in my hometown!

Better than any HIIT or aerobic workout! All core - fast full body workout! I used to work out 4-5 times a week doing hour long spin, yoga, Barre, Zumba and strength training. Now I’m more toned and fit doing 2 - 3 times a week 30 min and power hour Board 30 classes. LOVE IT❤️

The workout here has been one of the best workouts I've tried within the past 10 years. I've been attending an average 4-5 times per week for the past 3 weeks and it's actually gotten me looking forward to each session. Here's a list of characteristics that I find awesome about the Board30 workout: (I'd also like to note that I'm simply a really really satisfied client and that I'm in no way affiliated)1) Highly structured and organized - I'm never left wondering if I've done enough of or too much of any particular maneuver (each of which is a full minute of repetitions).2) Completely non-judgemental - One of the biggest barriers for me has been a non-insignificant amount of social anxiety when being in exercise sessions with strangers. I don't feel any of it when I'm working out here.3) Well-paced - The instructors take the time to demonstrate each maneuver clearly during the 15-20 seconds of rest between sets.4) Well-balanced - The workouts are really designed to balance working all muscle groups, especially your core. Not only that, but the cardio/aerobics exercise has been great over each session. I feel amazing after every session (albeit really sore all over) and have gained all sorts of new energy throughout each day.5) Actually effective - This is kind of "individual results may vary" kind of thing, but I've personally lost 6 lbs over 3 weeks. It isn't a single one-off measurement just after a workout when I've sweat a bunch, but a definite weight loss over daily (sometimes twice daily, I'll admit) measurements.6) Time-efficient - The best part, for me, is that the "daily commitment" is minimal when the sessions are only 45 minutes each.7) Adherent with COVID19 pandemic guidelines - kind of self-explanatory (spraying down equipment at end of each session, ventilation and filtering, etc). I can really tell they've been spending a great deal of effort with this. The most prominent feature is that classes have been essentially halved in the number of concurrent people per session in order to maintain distances.... So those are the thing that I can think of off the top of my head now. #6 (on time efficiency) is the real selling point for me since I've got a really weird work schedule so it's great to just invest ~1 hour per day (including travel and prep time) into this.

Truly one of the best workouts in the world, right here sweet and sleepy Santa Fe! Clean, bright, excellent teachers and an excellent way to work every muscle in your body safely and effectively. I am a workout fiend (well, at 54 fiend might not be the word. Need is more like it): BOARD30 is one of the best. I especially love Power Hour grrrrrrrrrrrr...Thanks, Floery!

Best, most efficient workout around! Wonderful place with wonderful people. Fully customizable for all needs. Great for improving cardio health, core stability and working the whole body, small muscle groups included.
