Will not answer phone calls, will not return voicemails and all voicemails are full. Literally no one @dahl gives a flying fu-k. I'd rather get cr@p products from Lowe's than deal with these ars-hats.

Getting into the Dahl Plumbing showroom is, indeed, a trial but once there, Liz is a wonder of efficiency and good grace. She knows the products and inventory like no one else and made me a customer for life. Coincidentally, she was greeted by a couple of old customers during my visit and they treated her like a long lost relative. You can't overestimate the value of a super employee who gives it her all every day. Somebody, please review her salary. She deserves a raise!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere! They were downright hostile when I asked for help, as if I had asked too fight one of the provincial losers working the counter. The employees at the counter of this PLUMBING STORE all acted as if they were vip big shots, too busy processing incoming orders to help some ahole from the public sector. Lol, sad but true. Do not waste time or money here if you respect yourself or common decency and good service.

We had a very similar experience with some of the other yelpers who are ignored. We did get someone to help us finally ~ we were looking for lighting for our bathroom. We found the light we wanted, But for some odd reason the sales person told us to think about it. She said go have lunch and come back after lunch or come back tomorrow.I told her that really wasn't convenient for us. She insisted and said go home and think about it and here's my number and give me a call & you can order it over the phone.It was about 1 PM and I think she just wanted to go to lunch herself!The only thing I can say in her defense is that my husband was not backing me up when I said I really want to purchase this right now ,he kind of thought thinking about it was an OK idea. I thought well I can order by telephone later today or tomorrow The light was going to have to be ordered for us from the company because they only had a four light and we needed a five light ~cost approximately $400 plus tax. So when I called the sales lady back to place my order she wouldn't come to the telephone . I explained to the man who answered the phone and he said "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do". He didn't want the sale. So I went direct to the manufacturer, luckily I had written some things down. I ordered it online direct from the lighting company in NYC. thanks for nothing, Dahl. No one cared to get a $400 sale. I really do like to support local businesses and not buy online but... And I'm a local Santa Fean BTW . I've lived here for 25 yearsI'll never go here again.

Rude service...when I asked if he had the parts I needed, he asked if I was going to buy anything, or what. When I asked a question he bluntly stated that he does not teach and that was what he was told to do. I was then asked if I new how to solder pipe when I replied yes he asked if I was a plumber...this was all asked in a rude condescending tone. When he printed out the list of parts he stated the price in a tone that expected me to say the price was too high. When I asked to see the list he initially folded it in half and was reluctant to show it to me. At that point I got the point that he did not want to help me. I have had good service in the past ordering parts for myself and for my employer. I truly hope that the salesman was just having a bad day and this was a one time occurrence. I have already had to take my business elsewhere, and if the service remains the same at Dahl I will have to recommend my employer do the same. Sad to have to write a negative review about a place that used to have excellent customer service.

Got to Dahl in Santa Fe after driving a couple of hours to find our we couldn't go into showroom without an appointment, which is only available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. But the Brenna, the salesperson was very polite and offered to meet me outside to help. I waited in my truck while she looked for what I needed. I appreciated her going out of her to accommodate me!
