We’ve been regulars here for a while but after the poor service tonight we won’t be returning. We were told we could seat ourselves so I picked a table in the back as usual and the waitress finally came over after at least 10 minutes. She brought the waters that I asked to start with and didn’t bother to ask anyone if they were ready to order or if we’d like an appetizer or additional drinks, nothing, dropped them off and walked off. A couple sat behind us and she took their drink order right away and when she brought back their drinks, she took their order, and we were still waiting. I moved my family of 4 to the bar area since I didn’t want to move to another section that might be hers, and we were previously told we could seat ourselves, only for the manager to come and card our table?! I told him that I wasn’t aware that we couldn’t sit there and he said after 5 you have to be 21, which would’ve been nice to have been told that, or to have just been seated appropriately anyway. When I told him we weren’t going back to the other section and my husband explained that we had been waiting at least 15 minutes at that point, he told him “we’ll we can take your order right away,” like that was going to solve the problem. I guess we didn’t seem worth the time to some for whatever reason. We took our business elsewhere and I won’t encourage anyone to go there ever again.

How is it already 2 weeks ago? Loved the hotel. Had fish tacos that were decent. The margaritas are exceptional. Server was lovely.

Good food and service, open late. Their portions are huge so keep that in mind while ordering.

Very disappointing the last two times I’ve been here with family. Ever since they sold to a new owner they removed menu items we loved and the quality has gone down. Disappointing considering we loved this place for years and visited frequently.

Burgers were dry and overcooked! They didn’t ask us how we wanted them cooked, which should have been a red flag, and they showed up WAY TOO well done. Chips and salsa very small portion for $5 and no refills. Drinks weren’t tasty but were very strong, which is probably why some of the reviews are good here. Tourist trap - avoid if you can.

Amazing food, we had the wings, and margaritas. The margaritas were very strong and come in a bunch of interesting varieties.

We were there for drinks on a Monday night. It was busy we were seated at the fireplace we met some friendly people from out of town. We enjoyed the house margaritas. I liked that they left the shaker with the drinks at our small table.

Super friendly staff! Helped us with the wine trail although it was kind of weird tasting.
