Worst Credit Union I have ever tried to do business with! They charged a senior citizen $3,750.00 in "Courtesy Pay" (overdraft) fees in 1 year! The employees don't seem to care and the Manager refuses to answer the phone. I have never had such bad service from a Credit Union! Disgusting!!!!

I am a member of DNCU and we contacted DNCU on a Friday to apply for an auto loan. Roberta who helped me on a previous auto loan answered my call and within 2 days we had our loan approval. She was very professional and efficient. I appreciate the way I am treated and the attention to detail in every aspect of the transaction.Thanks for your assistance!

Usually I have a great experience at this branch, but recently the security guard at this location was extremely aggressive and hostile towards me when I was trying to use the ATM today -- he should be investigated. His behavior was threatening enough that I'm looking to take my business elsewhere. Customers don't deserve to be treated or talked to the way I was. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Every time I enter this place I’m greeted with a smile which is comforting, I have come to this bank a couple of times to do personal business and I know any consultant can help but Robert Gonzalez is my man and I always go to him. He’s always helped me and goes above and beyond and tries to help as much as he can and provides excellent customer service, which is why I always go to him. As long as he’s there you are guaranteed to be taken care of.

Less than 1 star if I could, I called the branch said they can’t help and would transfer me, the number they sent me to was disconnected. Called back and got the same lady “Rebecca’s” voicemail. My request was simple, how do I close down a paid off auto pay and make sure it does not charge me again. The call center representative was not thrilled about doing her job & told me auto pay has to be canceled online which is understandable if the card was not paid off and online banking grayed out the options… I spent over 30 min trying to get to this representative which did not want to at all help me. She even finished off her service by telling me, “you can close your savings account to just go to the branch” I thought credit union wanted as many “members” all in all not a good experience, undertrained and angry employees. I am disappointed.

David Montoya is a great consultant that was a blue to answer all of my questions. The management was amazing in calling me back. I did have some trouble with the call center, however no other complaints.

I highly recommend dealing with Jerry Segura very knowledgeable and made the process of a pre approval for a vehicle easier then I expected. I will be back for any banking needs and I will be referring anybody I know that needs any banking needs.

I wouldn't even give this bank a 1 Star. I have been banking with DNCU for years now and the customer service is non existent. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone to be transferred to a manager in the loan department. I was transferred everywhere BUT the loan department. I spoke to 6 different people which none were in the loan department? The last girl I spoke to I finally asked if she can physically walk down to the loan department to get the manager and I was informed that they all work from home. I asked for a direct phone number to the loan department and I was informed she doesn't have one all she can do is transfer the call. I asked for a direct email and again she informed me she doesn't have one. It's Amazing how Member services is supposed to help the customer yet they had no way of helping whatsoever. So disappointed. In the meantime my loan is being charged substantial amount of added on insurance when I submitted the insurance when I got my car loan and I have sent them over 5x in the last year and always send them the updates. Still waiting for a loan manager to contact me to correct 2 years of this insurance that they put on my car illegally. I have receipts and emails with the original loan officer showing everything was submitted. This is FRAUD. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. Shame on you DNCU for allowing this type of customer service.

Wish I could put less than one star. Literally bank anywhere else in Santa Fe. This "establishment" is nothing short of a joke. Honestly. It's a Christmas miracle that they're still in business.

I’d like to give a HUGE shout to Consuleo Barber who was just amazing. I’ve done 4 auto loans now with DNCU and, to be honest, it hasn’t always been the smoothest transactions. I’m a 760+ credit score with positive equity but it still takes a lot to get through, get someone to call me back, get responses from bankers, responses to emails and generally just get help. I went in direct lending through my dealership and DNCU still didn’t auto approve me even though we just purchased our 3rd vehicle from them a month and a half ago. DNCU has the very best rates around. Long story short i needed to get my Proof of income over to them but I couldn’t get through or anyone to help. The second time I called, I got Consuelo who could’ve given me the, “it’s Saturday and we’re busy we’ll call you back Monday” standard answer that I’ve got in the past (that sometimes never happens even with voicemails with contact info left). She said, we are busy, and it is Saturday, but I’d like to at least send an email to the underwriters. See if I can get some more info for you. She explained that they might not answer today , but when they responded to her Monday she would reach out to me herself as no one had been assigned my loan yet. It felt great that she tried to do more for me. We hung up and I figured I’d wait until Monday at best. Then, about 45 minutes later, Consuelo calls me, and after verifying my info for security, she lets me know that they responded to her, and that she can help today! I was floored and excited at the same time. I couldn’t believe it (harder to believe with my past experiences). She waited on the line while I email her my POI and she confirms that she received it. I know if got forwarded because come Monday my deal had already been approved and the dealer was even surprised. Consuelo is great at what she does. She cares about her customers, even strangers calling for help on busy Saturday’s. Any company would be lucky to have people just like her taking care of their customers. Great service is hard to find today, and people with this skill should be celebrated and coveted. Thank you Consuelo. I hope your service takes you far in everything you do. And I’d be delighted to have you be my personal banker any day. DNCU, hire more people like this. Your company will soar high with people like these taking care of your customers.

Our mortgage refinance with DNCU wasn't your garden variety transaction in many ways but the DNCU team stuck with us over the span of several months and saw our deal through to completion! Thank you to the half dozen DNCU team members that assisted Danille in getting us to the finish line after a pit stop or two :)

First time with this bank. Worst customer service, the online banking is dysfunctional and no customer service representative wants to take the time to get your bill pay set up. Worst bank in NM.
