DeVargas Center is an older enclosed mall from the 1970s with a 90's vibe. It is a small inside shopping and dining locale, welcome on hot or cold days. It features boutiques, a grocery store, casual and fast food eateries, and a nice selection of stores including CVS, Starbucks, and Ross. There is an opportunity to purchase authentic art and crafts. It is clean, with friendly people and a touch of history. The parking is a nightmare because of the one way only rows.
Friendly atmosphere. This mall is literally sparkling clean and well-maintained. There is a diverse selection of stores. The attached restaurants are a bonus, too!
