Worst nail salon ever!!! I went for a gel mani and pedi..I had 2 people working on me at once. The guy was doing my mani standing up, the gel was on top of my cuticles, he cut me so bad I was bleeding! Pretty positive the instruments they used on me were not sterile! Do not go here! They should be closed down!

I have NEVER been treated so rudely or spoken to the way I just was for a fill and polish. I waiting and then sat down with a very simple and clean short nail into. I told the man I was very particular and wanted clean and extra shiny. He left HUGE gaps between my cuticle and nails and when I pointed it out, he said he can’t paint my skin. He collected a fee and I asked about the multiple bubbles in the dull topcoat. He yelled and roughly took my hand, cut me with the drill and buffed skin off. Then very intentionally painted like a 5 year old on the sides of my nails, yelling at me the whole time. They still look terrible and now I have cuts on my fingers. Absolutely disgusting!!

Came to do 2 pedicures and dip manicure. Daughter had 3 different techs start an her for simple pedicure. I had 2 techs start then go tend to someone else as they walked in. An hour later and still waiting for them to finish pedicures, never started my manicure. Last time here, save your time and money go elsewhere!

My boyfriend and I went here to get pedicures and after he got done Jennifer did not clean the tools she used on him. Another lady came in right after and she used the same tools on her without cleaning them! Never going back.

Went with my mother today. Dirty used rags that were there before I arrived were used then on me (stains and debris very apparent). When they cut too deep for my cuticles they used the dirty rag to wipe the blood. No apology. No sanitation practices in place. End result of nails needed adjustments. Difficulty with communication and felt not only rushed but dismissed.

Definitely skip this nail salon. I walked over from the Cancer Center and decided to do something positive for myself. The pedicure was ok and the people were friendly but my nails turned out AWFUL. I returned and asked for a refund so I could get them fixed properly somewhere else. I was told the owner doesn't do refunds and the only option was letting them remove the set or try to fix them. I didn't have the availability/energy to go through the pain and discomfort of having my nails dremeled and filed anymore with the likelihood they weren't fixable. I learned my lesson about convenience and will go somewhere else next time.

On the road back to Texas after hiking in Colorado....found Diva Nail Spa and had the BEST pedicure and waxing to feel pretty after roughing it!

Popped in here for a quick manicure and the man did a fine job and then it came time to pay and he charged me $25. I pointed to the sign that said a manicure costs $16.99 and he said that there was a five extra charge because I had him buff my nails. When he asked me what color polish I wanted, and I said no polish just buff, that would’ve been the time for him to tell me there was a five dollar up charge. I pointed out to him that $17 plus the $5 dollar up charge does not equal $25. He mumbled something I couldn’t understand and walked away from me. Sadly, this is a place that will rip you off, look you in the face and lie about it. I had a doctors appointment in a nearby building and was going to go back for a pedicure after my appointment but I will never be back. I don’t like dishonesty and people who rip you off.
To add insult to injury before he ripped me off I tipped him three dollars cash for a $17 service.

Took my wife to get her nails done at this location. My wife received poor service. The nail tech had dirty fingers which were all yellow and gross. She was rough with my wife and was not friendly at all. My wife’s nails came out crooked and the polish chipped right away. The nail tech over charged my wife and charged her for services that were not applied. I would not recommend this nail tech due to having poor hygiene and being unprofessional.

I had an amazing experience! I had some extra time to spare and wanted to get my Nails done. Diva Nails accepted me, considering I walked in last minute and they were almost to close. Kathy provided outstanding service. She is the true definition of what a nail tech should be. She was very friendly and professional. Kathy listened to my ideas and was super kind and patient. Kathy is very talented and good at what she does. The quality of my service was absolutely AMAZING. I will definitely return back!

Do not come here for acrylic nail removal. I’ve never felt compelled to leave a negative review, but that was seriously bad. They ripped my nails off instead of soaking them resulting in literally half of my nail coming off and some bleeding. Also expensive. $24 for a removal and buff (I wanted to get gel but the removal experience was so painful). Tools also looked unsanitary and shared between clients.

Surly service. I was yelled at twice and the guy who did my pedi just grunted at me and I was having a repair done on a fingernail and the guy didn't know how to do a dip and didn't use a tip when it needed one and told me he wasn't going to do the nail and then insulted me. The woman who manages the place is good and finished the nail but I won't be going back.

Worst service EVER! If there was a way for me to cancel my debit card - I would. Walked in had a picture of the gel manicure I wanted. They said yes, no problem. The guy was rough with my nail cuticles and cut me several times. I couldn’t help but say “ouch that hurts.” He acted as though he never heard me. Kept on going. When it was time to polish - he kept pulling my hand under the glass but over the gel machine getting my hand stuck between the machine and the glass. I asked for a simple French Manicure with a few pink hearts for Valentines. My profession requires that I have short nails. He finishes the polishing the French tip which was 1/4 down the nail. Hideous. Then a lady comes over to do the design and starts painting the hearts that look like kindergarten triangles every which way on the nail. When I said I didn’t like it she and the other two guys got mad. He began roughly buzzing the hearts off which made my nails burn. I wish I could show a picture of the end result. I paid $50 for the worst service on earth and the ugliest nails ever. Oh, to top it off the guy said to me - next time don’t bite your nails. WOW! It pained me to hand my debit card over. I should have paid with a credit card and cancelled the payment. Bottom Line: DON’T GO THERE!!!
I hit one star only because it wouldn’t let me post - but they get NO STARS in my book.
