On our vacation to Santa Fe my hair needed a wash and style. I called many hair salons that required me to make an appointment online. Diva Salon actually answered their phone, managed to squeeze me in and Marie did an Amazing job! Thank you Marie!

I was attending a wedding in Satan Fe, so I selected this place because it was close to my hotel and some of the good reviews. Unfortunately, I didn't get the level of professional make up and hair style I expected. I had to redo it myself, so at the end it was a waste of money for me. The ladies were nice though.

Ana Claudia is extremely rude and disrespectful. My appointment was at 2 I was on time she came in at 2 with her lunch ate lunch in front of me 20 minutes later I asked if she could do what was in the picture I choose. She replied to me “if you’re insecure you can go somewhere else.” I said ok got up and walked out. How does she still have her job? Horrible lady. Very disappointed.

This was my first time to go to Diva, and I’m very happy I did! Ana did a wonderful job with the coloring of my roots. My hair looks natural and healthy. And Ana is friendly!

I have had really great experiences with Ana Claudia! cuts and colors. vibe is extremely chill and I love the view of Cathedral Square. The prices are amazing for Santa Fe and I just really really enjoy this little spot.

My recent visit to this salon left much to be desired. Despite booking my appointment weeks in advance and arriving on time, my experience with hair stylist Ana was far from satisfactory. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear that Ana was not enthusiastic about working with me. The appointment began with a curt greeting, and as I tried to explain my hair goals for an all-over foil to go blond, Ana attempted to cancel my appointment not once, but three times. This left me puzzled, especially considering the owner had emphasized the importance of not being a "no show, no call" client. It was disheartening to feel unwanted after making the effort to show up on time. Ana claimed she doesn't typically provide the service I requested and expressed a lack of interest in acquiring new clientele. This raises questions about the salon's booking practices, leaving me wondering why I was scheduled with a stylist who seemed unprepared for the service I wanted. After some negotiation, I managed to persuade Ana to give me highlights and a haircut. Shockingly, Ana didn't even fulfill the haircut portion of the appointment. This neglect of a fundamental service, coupled with the overall lack of enthusiasm, left me feeling shortchanged. To compound my disappointment, Ana unfortunately allowed the toner to sit for an extended period, leading to certain highlights adopting an unexpected greenish undertone. What struck me even more was Ana's acknowledgment of this flaw during the appointment - a somewhat ironic situation that she herself brought to my attention. Throughout the appointment, the atmosphere was awkward due to the lack of engagement from Ana. While I don't mind a quiet stylist, the small salon setting made the silence uncomfortable. Despite my efforts to maintain a positive attitude, it was apparent that Ana was displeased with having to work that day. Ultimately, my hair did not turn out as expected. There were noticeable over-processed blonde streaks and underdeveloped orange streaks, indicating a lack of precision in the coloring process. While it wasn't a disaster, it certainly fell short of the quality I would expect from a professional salon. To add insult to injury, Ana allowed me to leave with a "free" empty sample of K18, a gesture that did little to salvage the overall disappointment of the experience. In conclusion, this salon's lackluster service, unenthusiastic stylist, failure to complete the haircut, and subpar results make it difficult for me to recommend. If you're under 50 and seeking a salon experience that values customer satisfaction, I would advise looking elsewhere.

I called to ask about some treatments I was wanting to get for my upcoming wedding and was told because they didn’t offer one treatment I should just get all my treatments done somewhere else. I felt kinda brushed off and like they didn’t want to help me. So wouldn’t recommend.
