I received a wonderful Edible Arrangement surprise while on vacation. The fruit & sweets were fresh and nicely displayed. The flower bouquet was stunning. Leonard, went above & beyond to get this order to me in record time.

I just picked up my order a day earlier thanks to gentleman i didn’t get a name but he was just the most helpful and kindest ever I’ve been ordering from them for some time during special occasions and they have been great every time !

They followed through with my request and my wife was happy. I was worried about the delivery as the online system doesn’t let you select a desired time BUT if you call, the staff is friendly and helpful and can make notes for the delivery driver. Thanks again !

I’m not sure of the guys name that was able to help me on the phone day before yesterday. He was so sweet and so patient to help me pick out a gift for my moms birthday. I live out of state and it was so nice to have all of my questions answered so quickly.

I gave the shop in Santa Fe one star because first of all I did see where I couldn’t put the time I wanted the items delivered. So when I called at 1:30 to request it be deliver by 3 the gentleman said they could not it would be delivered before 5. At 4:45 I called because the 12 chocolate strawberry I ordered had not been delivered yet. The gentleman said he would contact the driver to see where they were at. My sister was already closing and as she was leaving the driver showed up handed her the package and was very rude about it. My sister goes home at 3:30 and she stayed hoping that her package would arrive at least by 4:30. The package did not arrive till 5:05 I won’t recommend this store to anyone. It is so annoying when they say your package will arrive before 5 and it get there after 5. If they were short handed the gentleman should have said something. I can’t read minds. For the price I paid for these strawberries I expected the service from this company to be much better.Mrs.Berna Pacheco.

My daughter received an edible arrangement a few days ago. I was dubious, but all the fruit was at peak ripeness and really delicious. The chocolate covered fruit was good too. This Santa Fe location did an excellent job.
