Very unprofessional!! Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance and followed up 1 week prior. Talked to the gentleman I believe his name is Lac the afternoon of and he booked another person in my spot! I questioned him and he asked me to come at 4 instead of 5:30 because he had promised this person 5:30. Come to find out he plays golf at 5:30... This is unacceptable and very unprofessional! Also, those loud, obnoxious ladies that work there, the ones always yelling 5 minutes 5 minutes they are rude and disrespectful!!

Kevin is knowledgeable, experienced, creative and loving. The salon atmosphere is serene and fun simultaneously. I've rocked acrylics for 25 years, have had sets done all over the country, and Kevin and Elegant nails has been hands down (pun intended), the best experience and set I've had yet. So great I brought my daughter in 2 days later for a full set.

Me and some friends went here as a walk in. We had to wait an hour to be served. I asked for the design in the first picture and the second picture is what I left with. 6 of my fingers were bleeding and I had to tell her I would do the design myself at home because she didn’t have stickers that match what I wanted and doesn’t do paint designs. She didn’t tell me until the end that she didn’t wasn’t able to do the design I wanted until all the acrylic was all on. The employees also aren’t very friendly and rushed their customers.

Iv been going to elegant nail for 15 year...
Waited to long and they mark ur name off the list with out calling u. I waited 1hr and 20 minutes, so I left! And they are one of the most expensive places in Santa Fe.

Thao did a great job on my gel manicure with chrome. Big shout out to her. They were clipped and shaped beautifully, and she picked my color which I love. I am visiting here, and the manager who opened up, put my name on the list. When I got there it was only about a 10-15 minute wait. The shop is new and very clean.My gel manicure was 35 dollars and I added chrome for 15 dollars. Very reasonable. For these reasons I recommend Elegant Nails.

Honestly won’t be back. i was told A 30 minute wait ended up waiting over an hour. And for what they charge me they could’ve at least done a better job. If I like they completely disregarded what I actually wanted. This is what I asked for and this is what they gave me. It felt like they were just trying to hurry up and get people out of there didn’t seem to care was my first time there and definitely will not be back for the prices that they have you might as well find somewhere more high-end.

Staff are very very rude they crossed out my name without letting me know, and stated that there was still people in front of me, although they had started a whole new paper they will mimic you and make fun of you and laugh straight in your face and although you can’t understand them due to the difference in language, it is pretty obvious when they speak about you in front of your face when you ask them a question then they stare at you and stare at each other ignoring you and speaking to each-other and yes they do speak English therefore it is not that they don’t understand you and don’t know how to reply where I have been here multiple times. Overall very rude, especially the man in the front. I was a frequent customer, but unfortunately due to the constant disrespect, I will no longer return.

Even on a busy evening, they got me in with a 40 min wait. All other salons were giving 1-1.5 hr waits. Good service!

There was a wait, as I arrived right as Elegant Nails was opening. Line moved right along, but giving me enough time to purchase a limited edition pair of Converse Chuck's. If you follow my reviews, you know I collect Chuck's. ((Two birds!!))
My nail technician was so sweet and patient. I get the giggles whilst my feet are being scrubbed. I picked out a new color, number 225, thinking it was a great homage to New Mexico – a deep sunset, orangery with small hints of glitter. Beautiful color. Perfecto! Looks great for Mani/Pedi. $75 for both.
