I’ve had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. From the beginning, the process was simple and straightforward, reserving a unit online took just a few minutes, and the staff followed up promptly to confirm details and answer any questions. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-lit, which gave me peace of mind when storing my belongings. I also appreciated the climate-controlled options and the convenient access hours.

These people at this location are racist and scammers I won an auction went and picked it up it was a bunch of junk ok cool whatever you win some you lose some but on top of that they reported me saying I left junk and unwanted goods behind and they have me on camera doing so I know I didn’t and I called them asked to see the footage of me leaving anything behind and they refused and said they don’t want to do business with me anymore and they got me banned off the storage auction website completely I am already in the process of reporting them as well. This is unprofessional and people like this shouldn’t be running any kind of business, it’s disgusting.

This location’s new management team really went the extra mile for me recently! I had been hospitalized unexpectedly and without access to my phone for a few weeks- but I was in good hands. My storage items were safe, and the team even helped me work through an outside billing issue, too. Awesome service, above and beyond! Thanks so much!!!
