Had my unit for about a year and a half, was pretty solid don’t have any complaints really. All my items were in great shape, no water damage, not a huge insect problem other than a black widow or two but that’s nothing new. They took care of my needs, management went above and beyond for me when I first got my unit, even upgrading me to a larger unit because the small one I was interested in ended up not being cleaned out by the previous tenants. This ended up being better for me as I had way more things than the smaller unit would have held. Unfortunately the price ended up rising a few times in the 1.5 years I was there so that was really the only downside.

Zack was great! I needed to downsize into a smaller unit. He helped me figure out how to take the time I needed to sort and move, without feeling too rushed! Very nice to have a restroom available too. Im finished a day ahead!

I reccomend calling the home office, as the staff are knowledgable and will help address any concerns you may have even with monthly price ranges. Do not chat online as it gets messy. I was about to leave withim 28 days until the staff called me back and helped provide explanations and additional info that helped me feel heard and reassured.
