Wow what's incredibly rude customer service by the person at the front desk I will never ship anything out of this location ever even it were cheeper I'd rather drive to a more expensive further location. The only plus was I called the manager on the rude custom and she was very nice.

Guy working the counter was very rude to me and unprofessional. Told me I couldn't ship my box for some reason; then after I told him I had a label already sent to me he changed his answer if I could ship it. He made a snark comment about how I must've just gotten off work because of how late it was since it was close to closing. Yes it was true I had just gotten out of work. Big shock. When I walked out because of his attitude he followed me outside and continued to yell at me. Can't post 0 stars so it's a low 1

Convenient location for FedEx drop off. Also has a good selection of shipping materials.

The Fedex store at 3777 Cerrillos Rd is amazing. The manager and employees went above and beyond to help me, and really went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted. They helped me with a complicated printing project. It looked great! They were friendly, patient and efficient. I highly recommend this location.
