The services that weren't provided online were provided in store, (more advanced printing layout). Team members were extremely helpful and patient with the complexity of the order and accepted the check, which was very helpful for our non-profit. Great customer service!

People will often take the time when they get less than satisfying service but they forget to acknowledge and demonstrate appreciation for those who go over and beyond. Thank you to Carlina & Alex at FedEx. They both helped us with a print job that was very difficult for us to get right at home. Both Alex & Carlina were patient and attentive to helping us with our project! Thank you

In a time of grief, my fiancé and I were working hard to create a memorial presentation. We hit many roadblocks, when it came time to complete the last task of saving the project, we were hit with yet another roadblock. Jesus took the time to show compassion and empathy. He took the time to help us get the file transferred and saved to our flash drives. While it was a simple task for him, it was a challenge for us that we did not need at this time. We need more people like Jesus in this world. Great job to FedEx for hiring great talent and thank you to Jesus.

I was feeling lost and frazzled after 3 other FedEx locations weren’t able to help me. I had two giant boxes to return with no labels, just QR codes.
At this location a person named Robert came out to my car and helped me. Then he waited patiently while I struggled to locate my codes.
As I was searching, I watched him help other people with the same kindness, courtesy and care. It’s rare these days when someone goes out of their way like that.
When gracious customer service and efficiency matter, use this place for shipping. I’ll be doing the same. 🙂

I could not believe the attitude and lack of customer service received from the representative at this store. We had packages that we needed to have packed and obtain a shipping label for; she said she could not do it now because she was by herself. I then asked if she could provide us with a label as these were valuable items and I want to make sure they all got into the box. She told me, “grab a seat because you will be waiting awhile.” Her attitude switched as soon as my husband walked in (classic female hating female). I told her to sell us the supplies and we would pack it. She than tried back tracking in front of my husband and stating, “well to do it right.” The biggest problem in all this is I am the packer/shipper for our business and have never had a claim with FedEx in 7-years we are here on business and expected the same service we get from our location in Arizona. So here is a rep (the only rep apparently) who did not service a single customer while we were in the store (47-minute start to finish) unable to perform her job responsibilities because she is rude and obviously inefficient at packing. To the rep be better and to FedEx hire and train your people to perform their duties timely and with a professional demeanor.

Second time at this store and second time not even acknowledged by the staff who were otherwise occupied. I was literally the only customer there at the time and had no acknowledgment until I walked around the corner and literally stared at the employee until they said they would “be right there”. Fast forward several minutes, and the actual dropping off of a package with a pre-printed label took a fraction of the time compared standing there waiting with no one else in line. They should really start prioritizing customers and customer service.

Wow what's incredibly rude customer service by the person at the front desk I will never ship anything out of this location ever even it were cheeper I'd rather drive to a more expensive further location. The only plus was I called the manager on the rude custom and she was very nice.
