Shipping center has had a package for 4 days and has to refused to the deliver the package even after the delivery address had been been updated. I don’t recommend using fedex.

Absolutely awful customer service! The woman at the counter had no idea how to ship my items using an account. She said she can only scan a QR code. The second employee, young man, giggled and also said he had no idea how to help. When I asked for manager assistance, I was told there was no manager at the location. As far as I can tell FedEx ships but these incompetent employees just couldn't figure it out for some reason, I was speechless and frustrated! I took my items to the Guadalupe location and had no issues there, shipped my items no problem. I'd recommend not using the Camino Entrada location as the employees there are absolutely useless and rude, they lack basic customer service skills and apparently don't know how to do the job!!!!! Zero stars!👎🏼

I had a diamond shipped with them and they unfortunately had the wrong address. Not their fault, however the site I ordered my diamond off of told me they reached out and were waiting for a confirmation on the day I would be able to pick it up. I called today to check it was done, but I received an email saying they were shipping it back to where I ordered it from. I am extremely frustrated because I am waiting for my diamond to get to me safely. I very disappointed FedEx, I hope I can sort this out with the people I ordered my diamond from.

Very nice people in both locations. The first place helped me find which FedEx I had them hold it at. Much easier than trying to arrange a meetup with whatever driver is working on delivery day. Will definitely try this again when something is shipped FedEx . Would have given 5 stars but the website maps could be clearer.

A telling sign of what a miserable operation FedEx has become is that they are removing their brand from their shipping labels. They are paid to deliver to your door but they never miss the opportunity to take what THEY regard as a harmless shortcut. They have left phenomenally valuable documents, fragile and expensive pharmaceuticals ($65 for 7grams), even cases of wine ($200) at the foot of our driveway. Lazy, stupid, awful. What else can I say other than to suggest that you find a way NOT to use this company.

These people act like customers are interrupting whatever they would rather be doing. They quickly gave me bad information to get rid of me. Then I did what they said and went back, and then they quickly gave me bad information to get rid of me.
