Quinton is a lifesaver! I called the office, and he hunted down FOUR large shipments for me that were being held due to my office building being closed unexpectedly. He rerouted the shipments to a new address, and the boxes arrived the next day. Quinton's professionalism and great customer service stands out above the rest. I don't usually choose to do business with FedEx, but I definitely will in the future if Quinton is involved!

Absolute worst service ever! Lazy af. Literally every time I have a shipment coming on a Saturday they say “attempted delivery” business closed. When is the last time a car dealership has been closed on a Saturday? Like ever?!
Customer service is even worse. They can’t and won’t reach the driver and declined the ability to speak with a manager. The foreign phone agent actually said that the manager declined to speak with me. I will never ever use FedEx Ground again.
Good riddance!

Worst service of a delivery company. Fed Ex was scheduled to deliver my item between 0940-1340 and the item was never delivered. When trying to reach out to them, you cannot talk to a person. Previous items have been delivered to the Post Office which does not recognize our physical address that is provided for delivery. The items then get returned because the drivers are too lazy to drive to the house/physical address. I’d rather work with UPS or any other delivery service.

Hopelessly incompetent. Just as you find a driver who respects your deliveries & associated delivery instructions they replace him or her with someone who does not give a crap.

This is the shittiest place to trust with your orders. Paid extra for overnight delivery and they delayed my package hours before closing time. App also sucks, and can’t trust a lot of delivery drivers as they steal packages and don’t deliver to the correct location. Get it together.

Every time I've gotten a delivery from fed ex it's been broken, left at the wrong house,or just thrown on the ground and destroyed. It would be nice to receive something from them without an Issue but as of yet it hasn't happened.

They did not deliver for 2 weeks and used dummy delay excuses to cover up that they lost a driver. How about just being honest?

The driver that delivers my packages is always happy and very friendly. All my packages that I ordered through FedEx Ground are always on time and never damaged. Have had the same driver since the pandemic started. People in the office that answer the phone are very friendly and always have the answers to my problems with my packages. At this point I've only had one package late but they were able to find it and expedited to my house. Thank you FedEx for doing such a great job.

Terrible service. Delivery driver lied about a Delivery attempt. No one came to the door because someone was at home. Terrible in NY Terrible in NM. All the same.

There is ALWAYS a delivery exception on the weekends, and packages that are "out for delivery" during the weekdays almost always arrive the following day. The typical delivery exception states that FedEx "Attempted Delivery; Business Closed." However, my home is not a "business" and is not inaccessible in any way. There are no gates or obstructions to get to my home, which is approximately 3 miles from the distribution facility. These exceptions are blatant lies. I have cameras that monitor my front door and driveway which extend to the road where the FedEx vehicle would pull in to make a delivery. Every time there is a delivery exception, I check my cameras according to the time of the "attempted delivery" - no FedEx truck pulls into the driveway, and no delivery attempt is made. After three years of this nonsense, I am going to stop ordering from any companies using FedEx shipping. This is no longer an inconvenience, but has now begun affecting my small business.
