Ordered and paid for a propane refill on Monday when the tank was at 30%. I was told the driver was coming on Friday and he didn’t show. Called 5 times on the following Monday, with supervisors involved, and was assured the driver was en route. He once again didn’t show. Now my tank is on empty and it’s Winter. No heat, no hot water.

Wow. 43 minute phone call just to set up a new account. The woman on the phone was insanely condescending and passive aggressive. And when I asked her to break down the astronomical fee of $4k that she quoted me, I got even more attitude. Awful customer service. For phone calls that are “monitored” I am shocked this woman still has a job but that goes to show you the integrity of this company.

If I could put less than one star I would. This company is deeply incompetent and incapable of fulfilling the service they allegedly provide. They added an arbitrary charge to my account that they can’t tell me what it’s for and won’t let me order propane until it’s paid. They are untrustworthy and I will absolutely not continue working with them and actively communicate to my community that this is not a company to support. Companies that are as incompetent as this should go out of business. You are a scam and wasting everyone’s time.

If I could give 0 starts I would. I called to se if they had staff on hand to fill my 20 lb. bottles and if they charge by the gallon. I was told yes to both. I show up and go in the office see about getting them filled. Angelina chewed me out for coming before filling. Then I went out to get them filled. The guy filled them and handed them back to me. I asked ho many gallons. He said 10. I have never had 10 gallons put into two bottles and I could see that he wasn't metering, so I questioned him. He told me that he can tell by the weight that they were empty, so it took 10 gallons. Amazing! I then went inside to pay and told Angelina that it wasn't metered and that I have never had 10 gallons put into them before. She ignored me and stated the amount to pay. I payed and will never be back again. They sold me a at least a phantom 1/2 gallon, but who knows for sure. Rip off.

have been doing business with Ferrellgas for 30 years and have found them to be willing to go the extra milefor customer satisfaction. Just takes good communication on both ends and to cut a little slacknow and then. Thank you everyone at Ferrellgas. Nedra DiFilippo PS We only have household tank deliveries. Have never gone there to have tanks filled.

The absolutely worst company in Santa Fe. They want 30 days to run a credit check and my credit is very good. Their web site is a joke and you never know when your propane will be delivered.

Update: I get a generic cut and paste reply with a corporate feedback email. If any of this feedback was actually read or considered, you would see the dozens of similar reviews/complaints. This location has been ripping people off for years. Now I’m questioning the meter on the truck.Dishonest. They don’t run the meter or weigh the tanks. They just assume all tanks are empty and charge for the full the capacity of the tank. This is dishonest and not how propane is sold. They are non transparent on the price per gallon either. Customer service is non existent, outside and inside. This place should get zero stars for the staff at the refill station but the delivery driver is very friendly so 1 star. Go elsewhere for propane.

The actual technicians that come to your place, are wonderful! The company, however, leaves much to be desire. They charge customers who rent tanks from them an insane amount more per gallon (social media share gas prices), there's no local number to get to your local provider (give it a try), and after having left 5+ messages with the 'Customer Service" this last year for a Manager to call me and again this week...none has yet to do so.

Rude employee came up to my car while I waited in front of dock after I paid for propane tank refill and yelled at me to "park over there, there's no parking here" (3:10pm 8/18). I then (after moving my car over) mentioned I saw the customer before me had waited there while getting his gas so I thought it was ok, then he mumbled some excuse and went off on me, raised his voice, got angrier, berated and mocked me in a hostile tone for not being able to read the small no-parking sign on the side of the fence and "giving him attitude". I told the hot-head he shouldn't be so rude to customers, he then angrily shouted at me, "I don't care! you get the attitude you give here!" Well I don't care either and will never again go back to this place. As a 60yo retired business owner, I can't even imagine one of my employees ever treating a customer like this.

new driver tried to back up gravel road instead of pulling in and then reversing to leave. Road is Onan incline and a curve so he messed up the shoulder/drop off edge.

I've had a pretty good experience here expect when they close early and I get there at 4pm expecting them to be open till 4:30pm having drove 30min to get to them. Not cool, stay open yall.

I go in, they fill my tanks, I pay, and leave.Never had an issue, and the staff have always had a great attitude.I knock a star, because, this being beyond there control, I believe they need a new location with more parking, easier access for larger RV’s, and easier access.So maybe, partly something they can do.
