Great chile, great service. I’m so happy that fall is here! The smell of fresh chiles roasting is a NM institution and Fred’s is the best around.

Best chile in SF. My mom has been getting chile for decades from them and me too. Family is so nice; and they roast it perfectly peels so easy. Extra hot is fantastic if you are OG NM and can handle the heat.
