My son was in an accident and in the hospital. I had to pack up his apartment and move it into storage fast. I was able to get an inexpensive 10x10 drive up unit in minutes, online. The gate code, combination lock code, payment, and everything was done in literally minutes without any human contact or issue. The unit was clean, and there was even a brand new padlock inside the unit available for purchase if I forgot mine. This was so simple and stress-free. Highly recommended!!!!

It’s incredible to see how this business has done a complete 360! I’ve been a customer for a couple years now and the new updates are great! 24 hour access to my personal items! The surveillance is great! My husband and I have a large truck so with the drive up accessibility is perfect! My favorite part about the updates on this facility is the online payments!! I don’t have to drive down to pay the bill each month, I can just do it online! Also the customer service is great and very helpful!! If you are looking for some where safe and convenient to store your personal belongings Express Storage is DEFINITELY the place! I highly recommend this facility!! Thank you Express Storage for keeping my mind at ease while I store my belongings!

I don't do this very often but I was very impressed with all the new features of these storage units. Security with new cameras fence and gate. Secure doors that are all new. Very clean. Thanks for cleaning this place up. Very much worth the cost for a unit in my opinion!
