WARNING NEVER TO USE GARCIA VOLKWAGEN! No customer service whatsoever. I recently brought in the used vehicle that I purchased with Garcia Volkswagen of Santa Fe for a routine oil change and car inspection. They did the oil change and said all else was good with the vehicle. The very next day, my check engine light came on and I immediately brought it to the closest dealership. They said the oil filter had not been installed properly by the previous technician at Garcia Volkswagen of Santa Fe and that the engine was completely damaged and needs to be replaced. Garcia Volkswagen has done nothing to help fix their mistake. I wanted to support a local business and they have completely taken advantage of me.

I received a call asking permission to change my rear brake pads. The service agent quoted me at 95 dollars so I permitted the service. When I was checking out the bill was 450$. It was communicated poorly, only notifying me of the parts cost and not labor. I was charged for 2 hours of labor when all other mechanics change rear brake pads in 30 minutes to an hour.When I asked why it took so long he said it was “just one if those days”. Not a fair excuse as I was thrown a curve ball on the bill.

At Garcia, the service is excellent and the staff are always kind and helpful. My 2017 Tiguan runs like a new car. From a business perspective at Volkswagen HQ I suppose that is a bad thing. I sure don't want to trade it in. But, when I do, I will be back to Garcia.

They gave me such a cheap trade in price and then gave me an extremely high interest rate, after finding out that my local bank I had intended to finance through was on holiday for the day. I had driven 4 hours and needed a different car stat, so I signed and refinanced the next day, but I will never work with these cons again. Steer clear. Go to VW Grand Junction or ABQ.

Working with Garcia VW has been fine, my complaint is more with corporate policy and VW understanding of their customers that live in rural areas that have to travel a considerable distance to reach a dealership. We were over on our mileage for our iD.4 service and were penalized by having to pay for it. Really VW, how does this benefit the company? I have long been a VW fan but after the experiences we have had as of late VW will not be on the top of our shopping list.

My friend and I experienced the craziest road trip of our life. With several breakdowns we finally had our car towed 211 miles to Garcia Volkswagen of Santa Fe. They were top notch and absolutely wonderful in every area. Vivian Valencia the service advisor quickly handled getting our car into their system. When our rental car reservation was cancelled and there were no cars available in Santa Fe (due to a huge event) Audrey Allison came through. She even took us to our guest house and gave us a rental car lead that panned out. To our amazement our car was fixed in 2 1/2 days including ordering parts. I highly recommend this dealership and their auto repair service. Many thanks to the team Mandi, Lupe, Jose, Daniel, Audrey and Vivian.

First, the online-scheduler is not accurate. I requested a date that said "available", yet the service manager emailed me and said the first available was 10 days later. Second, I had to wait nearly 2 hours for a "shuttle" driver to take me home. Third, the Service Manager specifically stated my car would be washed and vacuumed - it was not vacuumed - even after asking the General Manager.

My husband and I have both called the service department several times to get both of our VWs in for service with NO return calls after weeks of trying. Do better or close down. Your customer service sucks.

I purchased my car from Garcia Volkswagen of Santa Fe. Jose Arguello was the sales person I interacted with. By far, it was the best car buying experience I had! Jose was genuinely kind, very patient, not pushy, answered my questions before I even asked, and made the paperwork process quick and easy. Not only was the service excellent but the facility was neat and clean! I was impressed. You will be too!

I came and bought my 2019 Jetta from Jose he was very helpful and explained everything. Vivian is the best so helpful and understanding. New sales manager Audrey is great and very helpful as well. Please allow them to earn your business you will not be disappointed. Thank y’all for all your help !

When they were Premiere they were great and I bought a few cars there. As Garcia they charged me almost 400 bucks for a battery and didn’t fix the problem; the reason the battery failed. When I complained they told me not to come back. I don’t. I go to professionals now and have never been happier to ditch Garcia.

I had an appointment set, yet when I dropped the car off I was told it would probably not be seen that day (Thursday). It was not seen on Friday either. I had called to check on it but phone was not answered and message was left but no call returned. I drove in to check on it (45 minute drive). It was not ready. Service manager was nice but frustrated. Staff worked the following day to catch up, but I could not retrieve my car until Monday. They were understaffed. I would have prefered to know this upfront.

The customer service is always very good. Everything is done on well and the service consultant is excellent. She is very pleasant and very knowledgeable.

Friendly salesmen, got to test drive, knowledgeable on Friday. Brought in the financial manager. FM wasn't sure how to get my tax rebate. Albuquerque, on Saturday knew I would have to make 3 payments before I can pay off the lease. When I came back to Santa Fe on Monday, Financial Manager called VW Corporate and got the information to get my Rebate!

Vivian, in the service department, was a life-saver! It’s a long story, involving a flat tire and a lost wheel lock key, but she went above and beyond to help us out. Friendly, helpful, and efficient! Such amazing customer service!
