This is one of those "experiences " restaurants. The staff is very attentive but just enough so you aren't annoyed. Loved, loved, loved the ambiance because we could actually hear each other and the staff. So many restaurants are noisy with loud music and diners. This is quiet elegance where the tables are far enough away from each other that you can have lovely conversation without yelling. The food is expensive. The portion sizes are not huge, just right. Putting a tiny crab cake on an enormous dish was a bit pretentious but still tasty. We weren't crazy about the menu selections for mains so we ordered salmon and the elk. The salmon was good and the gnocchi was the best we've ever tasted. They melt in your mouth! The elk was a bit dry and too charred on the outside for my taste. The veggies accompanying it were basic, mushrooms, al dente peas, and potato purée drizzled with a brown sauce that was good but not inspired. The lemon crepe was the big hit of the night. Wow! We were full but somehow managed to savor every bit of it. There were several repeat customers in our area and the servers remembered them and visited graciously with them all during their dinners. It was our first dinner here and we were very impressed.

The service was incredible from the valet to management - we were in Carrie's section who could not have been more lovely. She paced the meal perfectly. The food was delicious - the filet was perfection. We got a great table by a corner fireplace, very quiet but the whole place looked great.

A must when in Santa Fe. Meals are always perfect and the wine list is impressive. The team there makes sure your experience is on point. Shout out to Jeanine for always taking that one extra step to make it a 5 star++ experience

Wonderful dinner experience at Geronimo. Menu was not expansive but had something for every taste. The Elk was amazing as was the vegetarian tasting menu. Wine list was superb and the service was spot on.

Classic, elegant, luxurious, graceful; all synonyms that come to mind when reflecting on dinner at Geronimo. The atmosphere is beautiful, but not pretentious. The service is elevated, but approachable. And the food is developed with something for everyone. What a special place ✨️

This is worth any drive while in Albuquerque/ Santa Fe area! Make sure to make reservations in advance and if your lucky enough to sit at the bar do it! From the warm welcome, to their in sync performance behind the bar! I wish I could remember their names, just the best guys! The food...we started with the mushroom bisque which is creamy and sweet with sherry, absolutely devine! My husband had the elk tenderloin, he said the best he's ever had anywhere!! Tender and delicious with the mash and sweet peas. I had the special, halibut with lobster & lump crab in a cream sauce atop risotto!! Cooked to perfection! Some times it can be overcooked but this was light and flaky. We were also sat next to a great couple who I know we'll become good friends to see every time we travel through. It's a beautiful dining area and seating looks great throughout. Chatter heard lightly not too obtrusive so you can hear each other at all times. Just beautiful!! Thank you for an amazing dinner and time!!

Awesome service right from the entrance. Very nice old Adobe style home ambiance. Bisque was smooth and clean tasting, lacked some texture from a garnish. Carpaccio was pretty basic and a little under salted. Tuna app was delicious, great sauces to mix and match. Lamb chops were really enjoyable with the polenta and fresh pea puree.Desserts were both a fantastic way to finish the meal. I would go back for the Lamb and to try other entrees they have.

AWESOMEST restaurant. Ambiance felt cozy, friendly staff. Our server was Elise, she provided sufficient attention as to not take away the enjoyment of our meal. We both had the grilled lobster tails, crab cakes and tuna tartare along with some Pinot Gris. A truly great experience.
