Goodwill is a nonprofit thrift store that helps the community by funding social services and job programs through the sale of donated items. It is a place to donate and find good deals, though the merchandise selection is not huge and the store is small. Reviews note the store can be a bit dark and dingy, with shelves that are sometimes jumbled and disorganized. The clothing and items are often very worn, though priced accordingly. Parking is a challenge and the location is in a weird spot, with homeless people sometimes outside. However, the staff is frequently described as friendly, nice, and exceedingly helpful, with some cashiers working with customers on prices. While the store has room for improvement, many visitors have nice visits and find what they need.
It was very easy to drop off my clean clothes and ready to wear items at Goodwill. The gentleman who met me took everything from the trunk of my car. Perfect experience donating appropriate items here in Santa Fe, NM.

The store is very organized. I bought a desk and the people there were very helpful. And happy!
