Very respectful to seniors and all. I got exactly what I wanted from Angie very pleased with my cut today the day after. Had made many calls. Everybody wanted me to wait a really long time even places that said they took walk-ins and I got prices as high as $130 from more than two places about three which is exorbitant. Cut my hair sideways. Sooo uneven. Left really long right really short. Back right is long and left back is short. Never going again.

I asked for 3 inches off. She took off 8 inches. I don’t notice because it was down the back of the chair so I couldn’t see what she was cutting. She then tried to gas light me that she measured with the ruler. I picked hair off the floor and showed her. It was 8 inches. She was unapologetic and shrugged and said she wouldn’t charge me. The manager (Lisa) said she was in shock. I can’t believe I have to micromanage someone to cut 3 inches off. That what I get for going someplace cheap. I didn’t think they could F Up a TRIM.

This is actually Jack's wife Peggie who goes to Great Clips and LOVES it when Albert cuts my hair. I'm particular and Albert cuts to please!! I highly recommend him!!
