My husband got the WORST hair cut of his life here, when he called to let them know the owner blocked him.
It took months to grown back.
They cut his neckline almost 2 inches above his actual hairline. He understands that it is great clips, but there should be a standard and a knowledge of how to do a fade and cut.

Awful online check-in experience. Arrived right on time after 2-hour wait. Door was locked and those inside, still giving haircuts, would not open the door to communicate that they apparently decided to close 2 hours early. Given the general business model is based on online check ins and electronic communication, it seems it shouldn’t be hard to send a message that my online check-in was cancelled prior to my arrival. Also, the in-person communication was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not be going back to this location.

I enjoyed the experience, styles,and great atmosphere that all the stylist have shown us and the patience with my younger one and love that if one stylist isn't available and me question what did I do last time, they leave Lil notes and especially being busy just to take that extra step does show alot in how much they care and it's notice. Thank you San Isidro Great Clips in Santa fe NM....

I was checked in and acknowledged when I arrived. Monica was available in no more than 5 minutes and gave me an excellent haircut.

Damani Monica and Jenny all took great care of my patient. I brought him in for a hair cut and they all were warm and welcoming. Definite a place to get you style on as they also did a great job with my clients hair.

First of all when I asked if she could cut my hair like the picture I showed her she responded with nod and it looked like she knew what she was doing at first, but then when she was finished, I said it looks nothing like the picture I showed you and she got upset and tried to fix it and did her best, but I just don’t understand why she couldn’t say She didn’t know how to do the cut and then blew hair all over me blew it onto my purse, to my face on purpose. I would not recommend this stylist to anyone. the place was OK, but she was not.
