“The owner was out of town while I visited (we traded states for spring break!) but a physical therapist helped me get signed in and I just venmo’d my day pass charges. I visited twice (bench press day and deadlift day) and I’m so impressed! This gym is very well cared for, well stocked, and well organized. It has plenty of space. I wish I had a gym like this near me. Thanks for the great workouts!”
“Great box! Dropped in on a visit to SF. Coach Nick was nice and helpful; Athletes warm and welcoming. Good programming. Very clean space. Good parking. Easy sign up! Just go! This would be my gym if I lived here.”

“Great visit to the Santa Fe Otf. Michael was a solid coach, good play list and really appreciated the heads up that Santa fe is at Elevation even greater than Denver, helpful in managing my efforts. Highly recommend.”
“The best! I own a youth fitness and sports facility on Long Island, NY called Rookies Kids Fitness, and we use the Railyard in just about everything we do, from daily classes to outdoor community events, school field days, and sports nights.
It’s incredibly versatile, allowing for endless exercises and obstacle course setups, and you can get really creative with it. The kids absolutely love it.
What impresses me most is the durability. We’ve had thousands of kids use it over the past 20 months, and it’s held up incredibly well with zero issues.
As we continue opening new locations, we’ll definitely be ordering more. Highly recommend!”

“I’ve been powerlifting and training at Overload for almost a year- May 10th is my anniversary, and the impact to my life that Mimosa, the Overload team, and this community has brought to me is honestly life-changing. For so many years I flirted with fitness and tried so many different programs, but I would always fall off. The accountability, patience, support, and encouragement that I have received at Overload have finally allowed me to make it a lifestyle. In a year, I’ve lost 30 pounds but that’s not even the most important part. I’ve watched my body transform into a strong machine that allows me to do things I’ve never done before. The strength training I received has inadvertently changed my relationship with cardio, with food and with pain. I have cerebral palsy and chronic pain has been a lifetime battle. I can say for the first time in my life I am pain-free/ except when I’m sore from the gym. ? I will be forever grateful for the tools I’ve learned here and highly recommend anyone thinking about their Fitness to go in for a consultation.”
“Haven’t dipped into the saunas bc my sensitive nose won’t let me, but SFS has everything you need to get the job done and at an unbeatable price. 10/10 value.”
“I never thought of myself as a gym person but now I LOVE going to this one. Everyone there is supportive and friendly. The owners are super nice and helpful. They create programs for our needs. They continue to keep an eye on us and will come over and give tips and corrections if we are doing an exercise incorrectly. I highly recommend this place.”

“Great facility and great instructors. I started going to Board 30 to help me recover from shoulder surgery. The bands, other equipment, and exercises were way more helpful than me trying to do things on my own. I have stayed with the program, and appreciate the variety of the exercises, the fun environment, and the music.
It is a great motivatior to have an instructor help guide students through the exercises. I really appreciate the ability to improve my balance and core strength, as well as being able to get some cardio in, all in a short time. I highly recommend Board 30!”

“Every activity can be found inside. Clean and super friendly staff. Lots of equipment. Pickle ball, basketball, pool, top of the line gym equipment. Also extra machines in hallway both downstairs and upstairs. Walking track area on 2nd floor.”
“i enjoy coming here. it's a little run down, the pools are a little stained, and the chlorine's pretty strong smelling... so people who like things perfect might not like it as much. but the people are great, the mood is chill, and you can almost always get a lane. and the therapy pool is wonderful.”
“Recently remodeled this studio has everything I need. New owner changed the name to Foundation Fitness. She is adding new equipment and the gym is very clean. Easy parking and friendly people!”
“Santa Fe Health and Fitness is the BEST small, local gym with the BEST fitness class, Bootcamp. The gym is clean, bright and open. The instructors are very knowledgeable and can meet your goals, expectations and more. I personally feel my best after attending SantaFeHealth&Fitness for many years, with more energy and a calmer mood. What makes this Gym phenomenal is they offer personalized trainings, nutritional guidance and alternative therapies such as acupuncture, massage, pilates and have a physical therapist in house. The staff are great and so are the people who attend and workout here. ❤️”

“We came for Tennis, and it was a great experience. It’s a little bit of a walk to get from the parking lot to the tennis courts, you have to go through the swimming pool area. But the courts are very beautiful and the landscaping is nice. It’s also nice. They have many benches and some shade areas where you can watch multiple matches.”
“Clean, modern, friendly environment. Equipment is all new. Overall great value and pleasant environment to work out in. Only taking off a star because there is no filter for the water dispenser. Would be great if they had filtered water! Otherwise grateful to have this facility in Santa Fe.”

“It's not your LifeTime Fitness and it's not as bougie as Defined Fitness. HOWEVER: It has thr machines you need. It is organized. It is smaller that your standard gym, but the crew that goes there are good people. I like it because less people go to this gym.”

“It's a very minimal gym but it does have pretty much everything you need to get a good workout in. I like it because it seems like there's a huge focus from everyone to just get your workout in and get out. There's not a huge social scene which I like. I don't like to waste my time socializing at the gym.”
“I was visiting Santa Fe on vacation and ran across this amazing gym. As a competitive Strongwoman it isn’t always easy to find a gym with appropriate equipment! I met the owner and he was extremely helpful and accommodating. This gym was the highlight of my vacation!!!”
