dont shop here if you value your privacy. bought a socket, didnt fit. went to return 5 minutes later WITH receipt. In order to return they require first name, last name, phone number AND an I.D. scan. surprised they didnt ask for my SSN...
been a long time customer, but will no longer shop here. rather spend a little more somewhere that doesnt have to bully data and information out of me.

In general I'm not a fan of HF, but this store is pretty good. Firstly, it doesn't have that overwhelming tire fug when you walk in the door. I greatly appreciate that, as so many stores smell like a Michelin warehouse. Secondly, the staff members are all pleasant to deal with. Third, the store is pretty clean. No grimy floors or trashed displays. The offerings are not as vast as you might find in bigger cities, but for inexpensive tools it's a good option.

I have been going to the Habor Freight store in Edgewood, NM for several years and have been treated very well. I went again today and I couldn't believe how helpful the employees were. Not only did they help me find what I needed they took the time to show me how to fit the parts onto a mask that even they had a hard time taking apart and putting back together. Had I tried to do it I wouldn't have been able to do it. Well done guys you have a faithful customer!!
