The team and quality are outstanding, providing friendly, efficient, honest, and clear service. They can get drugs they don’t have in stock faster than big chains. The pharmacist and staff are excellent, available, and provide compassionate care and concern. One staff member, Amani, is a lifesaver who makes compounded prescriptions in record time with compassion and professionalism, taking time to understand individual needs. The pharmacist is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, nonjudgmental, professional, and friendly. The pharmacy is very helpful and willing to do everything to satisfy customers, accommodating every need efficiently. They also deliver for local customers. The only downside is they are not open on weekends. While some insurance plans may not contract with them, for many, this is the best pharmacy in Santa Fe, providing a better service experience than big corporate chains.

Finally! A real pharmacy that answers the phone and is quick about refilling prescriptions. I’m definitely switching from the grocery/chain pharmacies and going to Hyland for any prescriptions in the future.

They are not open on weekends, which is the only downside. But it is a really wonderful experience to work with a pharmacy that is ran well. The employees are friendly and competent, and the lines are never long. If you are local, they will also deliver.
