Service? What service? I have a loved one who requires oxygen and it has been a week of daily calls and the oxygen tanks still have yet to be delivered. The only company who can accept the insurance and what a joke, this isn't my Amazon package it's a necessity, it's oxygen. Keep getting the run around. By far the worst dme company I have ever dealt with. Go anywhere but here. Change insurance if this company is the only provider. Which is what I plan to do.

The worst service ever. I gave them 1 star because there wasn't a zero! My husband has been waiting over 2 years for a CPAP . No calls, no updates..NOTHING. I've noticed that this company uses the same response for every complaint. , so don't bother responding with your worthless words. The lady at the front desk is always very rude, no compassion what so ever! If she doesn't like her job, she should resign. Keep your CPAP !

Impossible to reach by phone. They put you on hold and eventually the system hangs up on you.

We used HME for Oxygen supplies after recent heart surgery for my wife. We received our first delivery just hours after my wife's release from hospital.The CSRs and delivery people were friendly and polite. I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars because of long phone wait times and a minor mixup between delivery and pickup. Zach, the delivery person was very helpful. I would use them again.

HME kept billing me although I had reached the maximum out of pocket with my health insurance for two years in a row. They also send you overdue notices when you never received their first bill. Avoid at all costs. This is not particular to the Santa Fe location, but more a commentary about the national business practices themselves.

Their business model is intimidation. Literally the worst company for medical equipment in the entire state. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They had a repo man call and say he was “in our neighborhood” and was here to take my husbands cpap machine due to non-payment. But we NEVER received one call, letter, notice, email, or text from them prior to the repo man calling and threatening “non-compliance”. They are contracted by low income users and I guess they think intimidating with repo men is better than sending a simple bill or notice. It feels completely predatory. Do NOT use this company.

Your service has left me with very bad fillings about your company I have to stay home from work with a roll of paper towels because you failed to get my prescription renewed. I called for my order June 26 and then called July 14 to see why I hadn’t received order. You stated my prescription expired June 13 which you did not say anything when I called for my order after that date. This product is my life to have at all times.

After five months I finally got my cap machine but not the necessary supplies I've called so many times ext.2525 left messages for a super (Jessica ) but never a return phone call I've just given up not going to bother my doctors have sent in prescription after prescription but nothing it's as if they purposely not return calls or answer their phones so they can report non compliance but I've kept track of all the times I've called left messages talked to someone so I'm just going to have my Dr. Send my scripts to Lynn care from what I know there very good about doing things right HME needs to be closed or sold and have new management come in and take over because the ones that are there now are getting paid to do nothing..

If you have a choice, go anywhere else but HME. Hold times are in excess of 1 hour and callback times even longer. I have yet to speak to someone in this company that treated me like a human being. Customer representatives will actually yell at you. I need my medical supplies to live, and these people DO NOT care.Please do not even get started with them, they should not be in business at all, and they should certainly not be in a business that affects whether people live or die.

Terrible service. They don’t answer phones; respiratory therapists are awful; they don’t schedule appoints correctly, making us wait all day for their arrival.I just drove to the facility so I might actually speak with someone and the place feels dirty and gross.

No answer I thought it would be an easy process but I was given the wrong address I left a message that I was leaving Santa Fe as I was instructed to do I called one more time just as I had left I got scolded as if it was my fault. Listen to your messages, just mail out what I need I leave an hour and 1/2 away why do you want me to go back?

I placed an online order on 5/2/23 after being prompted by them via e-mail. I followed up on 5/18/23 (over an hour wait on the phone almost every time) and they indicated they contacted the Dr. that day for a new prescription (what happened from 5/2-5/18); waiting on the Dr. On 5/22/23 I asked to speak with supervisor to get an update (Their Supply Chain and Santa Fe location) neither was available and a message would be forwarded and wait 48 hours. I called again on 5/25/23 and left a voice message for the Supply Chain Supervisor. As of this review my mother does not have her supplies and no one has had the courtesy to return any of my messages. I even contacted the BBB and they don't even care about responding to them. Avoid this company at all costs. At minimum a courtesy return phone call explaining where there is a disconnect.
