“My husband and I visited this wonderful store a few years ago during a cross-country trip, where we bought two beautiful ornaments. Unfortunately we misplaced them somewhere along the way. This year I decided to replace one, but when it arrived it was damaged en route. I reached out via email and Janice got back to me right away. She sent a replacement with extra protection, and I'm happy to say it arrived safe and sound. I'm so grateful for Janice and her team!
