Perfect place to stay. We stayed in an Hacienda room. The whole experience was excellent. Beautiful hotel. So peaceful. The food at the restaurant is fantastic. The live music is incredible. Location is perfect, and many major sites are walkable. Service is wonderful. Supporting a native-owned hotel is wonderful. We stayed with our toddler as well, and the hacienda room with a kind bed and separate (comfortable!) pull-out sofa bed was perfect for our family. 100% recommend, and will stay here again.

Stayed the night in this hotel on a cross country road trip. I only giving the hotel 2-stars because of the quality of the room and because my car was safe.I will start with the good:- The room was nice. I really enjoyed the shower. Although I wish there was a bathtub.- There is a whole foods and trader joes nearby.-My car was safe during the night. Although I was a bit nervous. I kept checking on it from my balcony. The cons:- The staff weren't very hospitable. I was charged the full amount for the room and incidentals as a hold despite using a credit card. When I asked why that was the case when I was checking out and being charged again for the room, they said I must have used a debit card which isn't true. Also, when checking in staff desk staff was rushing as if they didn't want me there and the forgot to give me my keys and parking permit. I had to go back to the desk to retrieve those items and the staff made it seem as if it was my fault.- Every time I was walking around hotel (mainly to bring my items in), staff and guest kept staring at me. It was super uncomfortable. I was the only black person there so it definitely felt like the notion was "what is she doing here." I definitely wasn't expecting that from an Native-owned establishment. While I was safe in my room, the atmosphere did not feel welcoming.- You can hear everything in other rooms. You can hear the doors close, when the the tv was on, ect...- There is only elevator and the staircase on my side of the building smelled like cigarette smoke.I was so excited to support a Native-owned hotel and expected to feel more welcomed. I would say I am definitely not the demographic they want at their establishment. Also, the surrounding area of Santa Fe felt very unwelcoming to me as a Black person and this is coming from a person who spent the last few years living in Oregon. I was quite shocked since it is a well known city in the US. Then I read horror stories about experiences Black people and Latinos in Santa Fe have had. I definitely won't be returning which is quite sad.

Had to wait 45 minutes just to get a check and pay at the bar, the room was nice and the service everywhere but the bar was superb.

Get friendlier bartenders. I tried to order and she said I don't have that....but then said she didn't know how to make it..... when I tried to tell her she cut me off and took someone else's order.

I would love to stay here again when I am in town for vacation and not work so I can take advantage of all they have to offer. Wasn't pleased with my room location, kind a noisy are of the hotel but my room was comfortable and the food was excellent. Shuttle service was much appreciated.Food & drinks: They did food for our event and it was delicious. So was dinner the night before. I recommend the Chimayo soup.

A nice hotel with an authentic Native feel and administration. My wife and I stayed there over New Year's to explore downtown Santa Fe - it's closely located to downtown, quiet, and had every amenity we needed.Don't pay attention to the seemingly lowish stars online. They are not a fair representation of its quality. You will see higher stars on places like the Comfort Inn--but this hotel is certainly much better quality.

My parents and I gathered there for my mom's birthday and had an amazing weekend. We stayed in the Hacienda and were delighted with the comfortable rooms. We both had fireplace suite rooms and loved the sitting areas. The beds were more comfortable than my own at home.We spent a lot of time in the shared sitting room on the top floor and loved it. It had a real wood fireplace, comfortable seating and complimentary breakfast and happy hours. The best part of it all is their staff. They have kind and engaging butlers who catered to our every need. We are grateful and appreciative of the amazing attention and experience they provided.Restaurant is nice - generally good experience with the food and entertainment. Great location - near everything in downtown Santa Fe. We will be going back there in the future. Wonderful place.

We come here every year to have Christmas Dinner. We live in town. Tonight Christmas Dinner (December 25th, 2023) was exceptional! We were sitting 5 feet away from a famous Rock Star! I sure wish we would have asked who it was! Does anyone know? (Approximately around 5-6 pm)
