The room had no windows so it could have used a little more lighting. The staff was fantastic. So helpful and accommodating!I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.Rooms: Very eclectic!

A wonderful experience at the charming Inn at Vanessie. Our room was clean, cozy and quiet, with a fireplace and a sunroom. We had excellent restaurants within walking distance and downtown is just a hop skip and jump away. Anthony, mixing festive cocktails at the Inn lounge, along with the piano player tickling the ivory truly made our Christmas Eve delightful. A big Thank You goes out to Riccardo who truly bent over backwards for us. I would recommend and stay at the Inn of Vannessie anytime!

Vanessie has entertainment that is incredible. A very talented piano player who performs there regularly. But Last night we saw an amazing Flamenco group. The musicians were professionals and the singer had a voice which came all the way up from the very bottom of his lungs. The dancers took me back to Spain with a detour through South America. Young dancers likely tweens looked like miniature performers, two female dancers did some fantastic steps but the best were a male and female who danced together as well as solo. The male did a number that took our breath away. This group is based in Albuquerque but will perform often in Santa Fe. You're in for a treat if you see them. They are Revozo Flamenco. Google them.

Very disappointed with our stay. No breakfast was provided . They gave us vouchers for a French restaurant across the street but they were not honored. Not sure why they charged us an additional $30 a day resort fee ! I emailed them and no response. Outlets in the room didn’t work and very small bathroom. Very dated rooms. Only good thing was the location.

Everything was great. The only thing i would recommend is the room we stayed in has a beautiful stained glass window above the door which lets in the patio lights at night. I noticed other rooms don't have this window, so if I go back, I will request one of the darker rooms to sleep better. Breakfast and dinner were authentic and delicious. Entertainment on site.Rooms: Adobe type architecture with beamed ceilings and tiles bathroom.Nearby activities: It is a block off of downtown. There's tons to do without the noise.Food & drinks: Bar is good and they have good enough vegetarian options. Could have more vegetarian options but I would say that about anywhere.

The ambiance was spectacular with a very rustic feel which is what I love when staying at a place. It was comfortable. Though it says there is a fireplace in the room, but it doesn't state you cannot have a fire and there were faux candles in the setting instead. It was very clean but the plumbing had a few issues with sink draining super slow and the toilet as well but they addressed the issue promptly. Breakfast was good, healthy options! Loved how much space was provided and the decor and cleanliness.

The management was exceptional, friendly and informative, with obvious concern and care for the guests. The location was ideal, easy walking distance to the center of town but with no traffic nearby. The breakfast was varied and abundant, freshly cooked and different each day. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, each a variation of the Southwest theme.

My pet and I stayed in the Maya room for 4 nights. Vanessie’s is a beauty place with great energy. The food and atmosphere is magical. I can’t wait to visit again. Definitely take time to enjoy the live entertainment in the evenings.

Wonderful hotel in a great location with very unique rooms. You can walk to old town easily. The area is quiet in the evening even though there are some bars nearby. They go above and beyond for breakfast. Great internet and smart TV allowed streaming for our favorite channels. Room was very clean. (Just a little bit of mold in ceiling of bathroom but management was going to take care of that right away once I mentioned it to them.) Bed was very comfortable with super soft linens. Staff was fabulous. I arrived late due to flight diversion so they left clear instructions via text and in the night box so I could easily get in after the office was closed. The price was well worth it and very affordable considering pricing elsewhere with half the character of this hotel. We would definitively stay again!

The Inn at Vanessie was a great place to stay while in Santa Fe. Their location is ideal for exploring the historic downtown, only a few blocks from popular sites, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and beautiful. Zander had very good recommendations for dinner, places to see and things to try. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options from scrambled eggs and breakfast burritos, to fruit, yogurt, fresh muffins and more.

This is a great hotel in Santa Fe. Ricardo the manager is friendly, knowledgeable and he works like he’s an owner, which he could be but I didn’t ask. The breakfast is better than any hotel where I’ve stayed. Location is also perfect. It is central but quietly tucked on a peaceful street. Everything is walkable from the hotel. The room was comfortable and decorated to enhance our Southwest experience. We also enjoyed the talented piano bar pianist. Loved that he not only did some quiet piano music but also took requests for great upbeat songs too. The bar/restaurant food is good too and the great mixologist keeps you happy. We will definitely stay there again.

The location is awesome, easy to get around to the shops and restaurants. The customer service at the front desk was also great. The free breakfast was delicious, very impressive spread. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The only thing that was a challenge was the lights went out because of a fuse. I've never seen/heard of that before in a hotel, however this is a old hotel, it's almost to be expected but still concerning.

Right in the heart of the downtown area within walking distance to so many activities and restaurants. Exceptionally clean, friendly, accessible and lovely. We highly recommend this Inn for staying in a place that feels like the southwest culture and a cozy place to rest.
