“Thank goodness for the Quezada Jacobs Family Allstate agency. We were having trouble finding homeowners insurance for our new house just north of the Santa Fe city limits. Our old insurer was no longer writing new policies in our new zip code, and it took a while to find a reputable company that charged reasonable rates. The Quezada Jacobs agency helped me sign up for a new policy, and even saved me a good amount of money when I bundled my auto policies with them. I need to do some firescaping on my lot to renew my policy next year, but that seems a reasonable solution to secure good coverage at a fair price. I would highly recommend the Quezada Jacobs agency for anyone looking for a homeowners policy in Northern New Mexico.”

“My realtor recommended Lloyd when I tried to purchase a home in Santa Fe in 2020. It was the wrong time and place! This time around, in 2024, I found a great rental in Santa Fe, and I called Lloyd again for renters and auto insurance. He couldn't be more personable or knowledgeable. I went to AAA to up my membership and register my car, and the agent there gave me a quote on the same renters and auto insurance. The quote was lower than Lloyd's, but the approach and the vibe didn't compare. I went with Lloyd Nichols and Farmers Insurance. I know I'll get well taken care of if an accident should happen, and I also know that making decisions based on more than money is one way to nudge the world toward being a better place.”

“5 stars for Olivia!!! Thank you!! She was so helpful, fast and knowledgeable! I’m grateful for her help. The female clerk next to her was atrocious unfortunately. (Long straight dark hair with a ton of makeup). Every five to ten minutes she kept spraying Lysol around everyone. She was saying people stunk so needed to spray. I informed her it’s extreme toxicity which the other women clerks agreed with head nods. Regardless she spraying. The manager needs to address this for health sake. If she has OCD address it. She can’t put others at risk. I imagine what her coworkers have to endure. I was there for 20ish minutes and I had a slight headache and nausea. If it wasn’t for Olivia the lovely woman who helped me I’d be giving this place 2 stars max.”
